Mali Aljek yes i have played web of shadows but I believe spider-man ps4 is better than web of shadows in every way. Better web swinging, better combat and definitely better acting🤣🤣 ( thats just my opinion except from the acting thats a fact)

No joke, this game has a better soundtrack than Homecoming. It's not even up for debate. Besides the remix of the 60s theme (which is awesome), I don't even remember music in that movie. Even TASM movies had an identifiable theme for him. Just sitting at the menu and listening to the beautiful theme, you know not only that this is Spider-Man, but it's Insomniac's Spidey. Seriously incredible soundtrack. Rivals Elfman's score.

I love how the musical score is serene and peaceful as you are overlooking NYC from the top of a skyscraper. However, the moment you start Web-Swinging, the world is your playground and you feel unstoppable. John Paesano’s score is to Marvel’s Spider-Man, what Danny Elfman’s score was to the Sam Raimi trilogy. Absolutely epic!

However, I would like it if you could change it so that you could have no swinging music. When you swing around the city and are taking in all the beauty, it’d distracting to have the DA DAAAA DA DA DAAA and all the music. But that’s just me. That’s the same for me with most scenes. I just like having the music off for the majority of the time.

My only problem with the music in Spider-Man PS4 is that it starts playing as soon as you leave the ground. Which can actually be pretty funny because you could be just at uncle Ben’s grave or taking a picture accidentally press X and *commencing epic music* DA DAAAA DA DA DAAAAAAA it’s actually pretty hilarious.

With these artistic values, *Sony proves that they are the only ones who care about saving the true essence of videogames ...* giving beauty and depth to the experience they offer us. *Thanks Sony thank you for this, really !!!*

John Paesano hands down one of the best compositors out there. He made this game even more special

I knew the soundtrack for Spider-Man would be amazing because he composed the soundtrack for Markus, from the game “Detroit: Become Human”. The music in this game gives you the greatest feeling of being Spider-Man while swinging through the city!

I love how dynamic the music is in the game, when you start swing the music rises slowly, it feels really fluid.

Some of the employees gave context on why some people were a bit negative towards the demo they were shown. "To give a little context, everyone was exhausted from the week and it's the last thing they showed us" is a quote from one of the employees. "The game will be great and sell like mad but the demo they showed us was really dry" is another quote. Apparently, the narrator was also just really boring and played the game very passively . Context is everything, kid.

The music in this game is amazing! Every time I start swinging through the city and the music starts playing I instantly feel like Spider-Man!

I was actually having goosebumps while hearing this music.

The music score for the game is awesome! Congratulations to everyone involved, so much passion into it!! AMAZING SPIDER-MAN!!!!!!

4 years ago, a masterpiece was made, it was like a freshly made pie, created with care and caution, it wasn’t rushed, and when baked, it tastes so ripe, so nutritious, that you want more of it, Spiderman Ps4 is a perfect example of that, an intricate game that you won’t get tired of playing over and over

Really, the soundtrack in the whole game is simply suited to the situation - Heroic, Dramatic, Fearful all that music! It's a masterpiece! Really appreciate this.

This soundtrack is top 3 in my list of all time. Legendary stuff.

I love the music when you’re web swinging around

My favorite track is probably the main one for web swinging. And the choir piece inside that theme is a great allusion to Danny Elfman's work on the original trilogy.

This is great, but he did an even better job with Miles Morales. Love the slight hip hop edge to it with the heavy drums.

John paesoano is one of the best composer of this generation his work on spider-man and daredevil brings me and everyone to tears.

Looking back a few years later, reading through the comment section, and seeing this community come together because of their love for a game and it's wonderful soundtrack - is really amazing. Never been prouder to be a Spidey fan, especially this game. Can't wait for the next game!!

Almost 5 years later and I'm here after listening to the score from Marvel's Spider-Man 2 that was played at the Game Awards 10-year concert. Can't wait for October 20th to get my hands on the game and listen to the rest of his new soundtracks.
