Damn, this and all the other videos you guys are doing cover of other bands is so inspirating! This format of playing a cover and improvising while keeping the best from the original intact, is my highest wish to be able to do as a guitarist. And you Martin, you're everything i wanna be as a guitarist. You got the technique while also being able to express anything, and not being trapped by the technique. It's so expressive and also very inspirating!! Thank You, and Rock On! \m/

@@joesmith34Hell are u talkin about? We ALL know the original solo in our heads note for note. They covered a song from 1985 tht millions of people love. They did a MAGNIFICENT job with It. They made it their own! To make that comment u don't know much about live music, being a musician, or this band. When Martin Miller pics a song, get a guess in to come play on it, they do the song, they make it their own, & its ALWAYS a twist put on the tunes they do because thts how live music goes. Also things are done that way because the guess musician Is simply showin us the skill & talent he has in his arsenal. Then there has to be a section that will be done for Martin to show us his talent, & bring his THUNDER. That's how THIS band operates. I'm sure when Phil had this song in his set, Daryl played it different tons of times because musicians get tired of hearing & playin the same thing over & over night In & night out. Miss us ALL with your negativity

I am an ok musician, but this is a very hard song to cover in all aspects. This was outstanding and Phil Bailey’s voice is no naturally high, it is so hard to even come close to replicating. In my humble opinion, everyone in the band killed it, nailing this, so hard to cover song. So impressed. Ever member A1! All the best! Be safe!

@@Hello_there_obi Sorry, missed this great comment. Delayed response. Phil Collins voice is unmistakable and iconic, but I did mean Phil Bailey (Phillip Bailey), just because his voice is amazing, but particularly, so high, with high range, for a male, a gift, almost impossible to come close to, in my opinion. It works great though, in the original, both Phils, harmonizing together, two registers needed. Great job by the band, covering Collins, but getting close to Phil Bailey’s voice, compared to many, trying, that is outstanding. Very well done on both. Completely overlooked, 2 Phils, but just Bailey’s high range! 👍

Sorry. Should have provided some more specifics to my response. The bass player, singing the Philip Bailey part, just crushes it and it is so hard, Bailey, such a high singer. Amazing musician on Blue, Strat like guitar, or Strat (should have paid more attention (off memory)), great doing Collins. Amazing! All the best!!!’
