@@THE_CHOAS_ENGINE That was his professional voice, it wasn't his real voice. When he sang in his LEGITIMATE voice, as Dean called it, Jerry could sing. He has sold millions of records with "Just sings"! Make the effort to look for videos of Jerry singing in his real voice here on KZread and make the effort not to hate someone you don't know at all (but he's Jewish)

Comedians today have nothing I like. These people were great. Comedians today have to use foul language to be funny, but not these guys. They always bring great joy every time I watch them, and yes; Dino had one of the most beautiful voices in the planet. Nonetheless, I have to give props to Jerry Lewis for his awesome comedic talents. He was one of my favorites, along with Abbott & Costello, Bob Hope, and The Three Stooges which I can’t leave behind. I have to say that these guys were a great part of my happy childhood. Those memories have been very hard to forget. I’m posting this comment on Christmas, so Merry Christmas to all who read this. Don’t ever forget how much JESUS loves you.

They had an acrimonious break up because of Jerry's bad treatment of Dean. Don't sugar coat it. Dean finally blew up, left, and did not speak to Lewis for 20 years, when Sinatra forced a reconciliation. He told his kids and everyone at home that the name Jerry Lewis was not to be mentioned in the house again.

Tim Carr I don’t see why. For those people who have a faith, doesn’t it say somewhere in the Bible that God ‘made man in his own image’? So, to follow that thought, He must have also given these entertainers their wonderful talents in the first place. So why is it ‘blasphemous’ to think that if there IS an afterlife, that they are still using those talents to ‘royally entertain’ their Maker?

@@lindashelley3635 At no time did either of them profess faith in Christ. Jerry in particular was vulgar in the extreme. Without Jesus there is no Heaven for them. Further, Scripture gives absolutely no indication of entertainment in Heaven. Even Elvis, though singing "Gospel songs" with feeling gave little indication that he was in the Kingdom because of his lifestyle.

If there's one thing I hate it's reading so many idiots who keep wanting to split these two. These two were meant to be together and they loved each other like few others have. NONE of them was anybody when they started and they needed each other to value their respective talents. the real reason for their separation NO ONE KNOWS. Not even Patti or Jeanne or their children know why they broke up. AND THEY SAID. The real reason died with them. But stop writing bullshit to keep them apart and ENJOY their respective talents and the love that united them!

@1.16 “I’d go right out and hire for Bing”. I doubt very much if Bing would have hired Jerry after the stunt he tried to pull the previous year on the Hope and Crosby Helsinki olympics telethon...
