Marmaris Travel Guide | Turkey Travel Vlog | Turkish Holiday 2021
Marmaris is one of the biggest resort areas in Turkey. The population of this tourist destination increases about 10 times in the summer months as it becomes absolute tourist heaven.
This time we will be having a look at the Marmaris town itself as well as visit the Peninsulas just west of the town and try to see for ourselves why is this area such a popular Turkish holiday destination.
We will discover the archeological site of Knidos, a Lovely town of Datca, and of course visit some of the well-known beaches of the area.
We have been in Turkey for almost a month now, living the van life.
Our journey here is documented in a travel vlog format.

We are a van life couple Jo and Miina, quite new to KZread but really excited to be a part of this community. We are about living small and sustainable in our home on wheels. Perfect Vlog and you visit realy places like in a Paradise ... it looks like sometims in Caribbean and some times like you are in Far east ....when you visit Fethiye , Göcek and KAS in this areas you will be happy to ....

@@WildVikingTravels Yes , dont forget to make a Stop or overnight at the beautifull PATARA BEACH ( Longest natural dunes Beach in Turkey ) & Ancient City near Fethiye ..its the birthplace from St. Nicolas and in DEMRE Ancient Name MYRA he lives lke a Bishoph and his Tomb is in the St. Nicolas Church ;)

I have always wondered what to locals have to feel when there is so much people there in the tourist season, but I guess I would feel the same way. Yuk 😁. It's the price to pay when you live in such a pretty place 😁
You guys have good appetite and clearly love your food. Turkey I think, could be a good place to live if you have an income.

Sadly we only have 3 months in Turkey and this country is vast and beautiful so we try to keep on moving and see as much we can in this time. The name of the crop at 05:00 is Keçiboynuzu, which means ram horn :) This is the German name: Johannisbrotbaum. It is a legume. We dry and eat them. They are very rich in vitamins A, B, E, and Phosphor. Our people have some joke-likely term about this plant: Viagra :D Because this plant improving sexual power (Increases testosterone level) By the way, welcome to our country :)
