My mother is german and father is turkish, i live in Germany, and visited my other part of the family in Adana Turkiye about 3 times. I swear everything tastes better over there, Turkey is still growing alot of their vegetables and fruits themselfs and not relying on spanish or netherlandish imports, which only use minimal amounts of mineral fertilizer, indoors in greenhouses, growing in rockwool, no wonder all the shit in LIDL, ALDI and co doesnt taste good.

It was so lovely and down to earth place. Like sitting in a backyard of a good friend who happens to be an amazing cook. Ohh Yea, we did. We spent few days with them, told some travel stories and got some advice when it comes to KZread (since they are a few steps ahead of us) 😊 Lovely couple they are 👫😊

Yesss i always say that my favorite meal is breakfast and people always react a bit suprised. I love love a good turkish breakfast. Everyone should try atleast once. It wouldn’t be their last time i’m sure.

Turkish cuisine in general is among the best in the world, and the breakfast is one of the best too

Unfortunately I have to add the embarrassing fact that I had washed my hair the day before. Turns our that washing hair not too often is great for a wow effect 😄

All of those breakfast stuff and infinitely drinking tea, coffee must cost you in aggregate 8 euros, right? As in all restaurants of Turkey except at 5 star hotels , menus are like that priced.

That's not onions or honey with rose water It's "rose petal jam", a unique rose variety endemic to Turkey with edible petals We make a jam with the petals My favorite jam for breakfast after sour cherry jam and unripe fig jam and unripe eggplant jam We make jams from al kinds of fruits and vegetables including unripe walnut fruits (before internal structure turns woody), oranges, plums, apricots, peach, nectarine, unripe mellons, etc
