I am Ove. I read it once a month and cry every time. It is my story.

Mark omits to mention the single best aspect of the movie that makes or breaks it - and that is the EXCELLENT performances, in particular the lead character .

A man called Ove is a film, and book, that manage to perfectly balance the weird combination of genres of dark comedy/feelgood.

I really like this movie, is a bit cheesy and too much of a crowd pleaser at times but the characters are so charming that I cared so much for them. The score is fantastic too.

Moronic critic. Provides sub-zero substance. The analysis is superficial at best, yet he talks with *such overconfidence*. Also, instead of wasting 30 seconds on the pronunciation, which they completely butchered anyway, why not talk about what makes this movie so special instead - in a more profound and rougher manner? A somewhat intelligent 14yo could have done it better, by just interpreting the short blurb on the back of the DVD case.
