A “hit” of Dopamine has been easier and easier to acquire. I agree that the internet has blessed us with unimaginable gifts, but at the same time i notice young adults around my age are constantly glued to their phones. social media is the killer of mental health if people don’t know how to properly handle it. I remember when all I could think about was playing games or going to the park with friends but my siblings prefer to spend 80% of their time online. It’s truly unfortunate, I still use KZread but I had to totally annihilate my social media, tik tok, etc. I’ve notice a huge positive mental shift in how I feel about not only myself but the world around me. People don’t have the insight so they realize the destruction after the deed has been done.

People loved it and enjoyed it, egged it on. You can't tell me forcing twiggy to stick his dick in his mouth isn't abuse. There were also plenty of backstage videos where people thought this shit was funny. I never thought it was funny, but now people want to act like they never were part of the problem.

I think hes talking about binaural beats. Ive tried them. They work surprisingly well. But if you think they will get you high you are mistaken. I find them useful for sleep, meditation, and alertness for study. They change your brain state. For example alpha, beta, gamma, and delta waves. Thats how these different states are described. Theta is good for meditation, delta is good for sleep. They arent drugs. You wont get addicted or inebristed, But they are potent.

I am a 48 year old Autistic. Binaural Beats are wonderful. I not only use them to help with anxiety but also with reducing stress. I do a lot of stimming to music... so the Binaural Beats usually don't help me much there. However, I do enjoy the calming, meditative effects Binaural Beats have on me. I experience a lot of Migraines... and I have never tried Binaural Beats to help with that... but I read in the comments that it helps someone else with them... so I think I will try that the next time.

I was always afraid of MM. I began watching interterviews and saw him riding in a side car and realized he is very funny. He is very interesting to me. His videos are a bit scary still but I love the sound of the bass! Haha. He seems very shy to me.

@@wjk2674 it's trippy what they can do with certain frequencies playing for extended periods of time. it's like your body gets used to the vibrations and syncs with it. the lower the frequency the more intense. search "Binaural Beats (drug name)" and you may find something that can simulate those effects through sound. some have been hit or miss for me, your experience may vary. for best results, headphones, close eyes and lay down.
