I've seen Mariah live 5 times & she sang live Everytime.. however for this Vegas show 95 percent of it is pre-recorded live vocals & idk why...if I had to guess I'm assuming she's in the studio recording a new album so she's preserving her voice for that ​@@rogl3W

@@alonzoclarkston5638 her live singing is very creative as she is very talented and musicality perfect. But with all the prerecorded this musicianship is gone. Don’t think if it’s still her voice means everything’s the same although it’s prerecorded.

I've never been all that crazy about "Butterfly" (the song) but "Breakdown" is one of my all-time favorites! I will never stop being salty that "Breakdown" didn't get the chance to be a huge hit, though, because it was definitely worthy of a number one spot on the charts! To be honest, most of my absolute favorite songs of hers are the ones that didn't become huge Billboard hits.

​​@@tangled55yes she is. This is very easy whisper tones. All of it. Shes doing it. . . You can tell when she's lip syncing. Yeah. . For a few she just let the background go and what not but shes most likely saving her vocals for what's to come.

When you're on tour and have to sing live night after night it's hard. You have to pick and choose where you wanna shine. It's a muscle....it gets weak too .....

Looking In is live. I can hear it. When I watched another person's video, she sounded live and of course, there would be some recorded vocals, but I heard her live voice singing over it. I guess you just have to go and see for yourself to tell because when she sings, she sounds like the studio track so it's hard to tell. I'm going this Summer!

fully lipped synch concert. that’s what she does now. likewise Celine Dion, Toni Braxton 😂 the standard of Live singing of US music industry drops to a ridiculously low level. Aretha, Dionne, Barbra, Patti set the standard so high. Whitney didn’t use any lip tracks even in her worst days. Shame on you Mariah.

Still have her 1st album on the original cassette tape. I've spent 10s of thousands since then. I have purchased ALL of her music, books, movies, liqueur, perfumes and seen her in concert 4 times. I've earned my right to an opinion, whether you like it or not.

At least in the past (years ago), she was more animated throughout her concerts. for God sake.....Month ago I saw Ms Patti Labelle, who's 80 yrs old, rolling the on floor to a ballad. Not saying that MC should roll on the floor, but do I really want to fly to Vegas to see her take 2 step then lay on a couch. Don't get me wrong, if she's in my area, I'd definitely see her again. I just hate the singing on a couch thing, when the rest of the concert is already low e nergy. To me, it just looks too lazy.

@@LeitoFLL Mariah delivered on the vocals and that's what the FANS came to see. you aren't one therefore you look very out of place here rampaging her comments with your negativity. a fan would have been so proud of her for improving her voice and delivering these impressive vocals. a fan would also be aware of her vocal deformity (nodules) and understand how difficult it can be for her to sing these songs and how sitting or being stationary can help with that.
