One of her most underrated songs in my opinion. I don´t care if she lip-synced the song as it´s a hard song to sing live, as most of her songs are. So if she lip-syncs some of her songs that´s fine with me. She has proved herself as one of the best female singers in the industry a long time ago.

her whistles in this song are so beautiful omg this is like my favorite song by her

Mariah is sooo funny ...one of the few who i like to listen to when she speaks,other than when she sings,cause she's got that ironic way to tell stories which alwasy makes me laugh...good hearted person she must be....and this song is a masterpiece!!

at 3:41 she got out of breath.. why would she fake be out of breath.. I'm pretty sure its not that serious that she would do all that in the studio just make a bunch of haters think its real.. she could care less what you say because at the end of the day she's still making hits..

actually it is live she just sang the whole thing in falsetto because in the real song she changes from her head voice to her chest voice she stays in her head voice in this performance I love her!!!!!!

@thats0hboy It's just the way Mariah does things these days. On tour, especially with her voice, you need to conserve it. she lips bits and pieces here and there. Most of the whistle notes, and certain lines of songs alternate from being sung to lipped. With her vocal chords and nodules, her voice changes every day. She might be able to handle a note one-day, but on another day, it might be hard. It's just used as a safety net.

Yes she was. The funny thing about Mariah is that she says that she never lip syncs but that is a huge lie. Of course she has a beautiful voice. But she does uses backtrack or uses the raw vocals from the studio version to act like she is singing live. Lol... But Mariah is a Diva. She will never admit it. I'm not hating on her. ii was actually at this concert in oakland...........wasnt lipped.....even if it was...WHO CARES!!!!!!! LOVE MARIAH :) ii was just happy she actually did this song cuz it wasnt on the set list....

that was totally live if you go back to the record you will see that some of the notes particularly the high ones were hit differently from the record. she's beautiful and she rocks

I think its horrible that we always have to debate with Mariah's new performances whether they are lipped or live. Search up a video from 1990 and see if you have the same doubts. SMH.

This isn’t fully lip synch. A lot of it is live, some are lip synched but whatever.

@tomlow123 Just so you know. Singing in a concert after you have warmed up alot, been singing for a while and fans are screaming your name is NOT the same as just going to a tv studio and sing maybe at a time when you feel tired, not properly warmd up and nervous because of the cameras.

After 20 years I think you deeserve to be able to lip-synch. Her voice is only going to get more strained after her pregnancy. Something about the hormones do something to your voice. I think I'd be more upset if I went to a Mariah concert and she sounded bad than her lipsynching.
