Are you rocking the stock preamp? Also killer as always. Super jealous of the 5 string Ernie ball. I have a 5 string Ernie ball knock off made by OLP that sounds amazing though! It has a darkglass preamp/tone capsule and a Seymour Duncan humbucker that bites pretty hard. Running it through a clean head and adding compression gives it so much clarity and I've fallen in love with it! Still need to get a Warwick!!!!!!!

Yep, everything on the Stingray Special is stock (except for the pickguard!). The Tone Capsule is awesome though. Having the dual mids control is super useful when trying to quickly EQ during a rehearsal or live setting!

Hi! So I sold the Alpha Omega Photon a while back, and bought a Quad Cortex instead, for the expanded effects and compactness. I typically use the included B3K effect within the QC. Or, if I'm going direct to the DAW, I'll use the B7N NDSP plugin. Ultimately, I think I'm more of a Microtubes guy than an Alpha Omega guy. Thanks for watching!
