Farming in autumn is a feature, not a bug. Your farmers are planting the "spring crop" which will be ready earlier in the year. There's 2 planting seasons and two harvest seasons in a year. you plant in spring to harvest in autumn and you plant in autumn to harvest in the next spring/summer.

Apollo, Farming tips. 1 family can feasibly manage a 1 Morgan Field. For 2 families, you should have 4 single Morgan fields, letting 2 fields sit fallow while farming the other 2 by using crop rotation. Letting the fields sit fallow for a season in between harvest will prevent the fields from going barren. So something like: Field 1: Season 1 Wheat, Season 2 Fallow, Season 3 Wheat. Field 2: Season 1 Fallow, Season 2 Wheat, Season 3 Fallow. Field 3: Season 1 Wheat, Season 2 Fallow, Season 3 Wheat. Field 4: Season 1 Fallow, Season 2 Wheat, Season 3 Fallow.

The way the other lord was claiming an area so early was because he recruited a bunch of mercenaries which is also what he used to clear the bandit settlement

After 3k+ videos Apollo really deserve to get the 1M subs

this is starting to fell like a second bannerlord to him based on that intro… he said that about bannerlord too

To see how many free houses you have, at the top there is a house symbol and the plus with it is how many your building then compare that to the unassigned families and working families added together, then you can see how many houses are unassigned

I really like how you do the chapters. It makes it easy to come back and watch if I’ve been gone for a minute.

Apollo learned alot on the livestream Friday. This games awesome.

I kinda like the village, the couple new houses with unsymmetrical gardens add a bit of authenticity. Medieval Europeans didnt design their towns in Huge Blocks so its nice to have some change here and there. Hyped for the game, hyped for the next episode!

I can't wait to play Manor Lords tomorrow!!! I will have a blast!! Played it on Steam's Demo Fest long time ago, looked good and interesting and it was on my radar for a year and a half, so finally tomorrow is going to be the day! And there is so many great city builders coming, Frostpunk 2, Kaiserpunk... This is going to be a great year for city builders!

I loved this play-through. I watched this yesterday and started looking up the game. Its releasing in 4 days. Cannot wait. Ive been waiting for a game with these mechanics for soooo long.....Longdongia.

The town is growing, it looks better, although I feel that it lacks a larger town square where a market more appropriate for the size of the city can be located. I am glad that you have placed the house of the Lord in a strategic area (near the road that goes outwards and right in front of the town, to better defend it from attacks) and has enough space to grow; Also, we must admit that the church looks better on the hill, with the improvement you made to it.

Finally another upload from my lord and savior, I couldn't wait any longer. I was scratching my neck and edging whilst I await each passing day

Noticed on another play through if you hit “tab” on the keyboard you get an overview of the houses and what they need. Should be able so see which houses are full or empty. When this guy did it he could see happiness and that one houses needed food and another needed clothing. Also look into charcoal pit as it increases efficacy on fuel for homes

I know I’m too late but I think “Long Dong Legion” would be a very accurate longongian retinue name

perhaps for lore reasons you could say that the lord purposely built his manor lower then the church as a way to show that while yes i am above the peasantry in status my power is granted only by the grace of the almighty who i hold in even higher reverence then myself

If you hold tab I’m pretty sure that shows you an overview of your buildings so you know if people are living in the houses or not and if they need anything

Taking bandit camps will higher your influence, and also give you money to focus on your personal guard, there’s also a perk to take 60 percent of the upgrade cost of the personal guard down. Anyhow, your doing great, the best part of your vids is that you show the little engagements/ battles up close and scenic

This game is nice window to go in past and experience how was life used to be
