Hi, is there a way to secure your account to prevent other accounts/profiles to access your account? from what i can see, anyone with an account on the same chrome software can access other accounts easily.

Hey Eric, do you know how I can change settings so that when I am switchign between chrome profiles and browsers it doesn't auto swipe the one that was already up. I would like to view them side by side. thanks!

So, I have a question about the stage where it says "Set up your new Chrome profile." What if you select "continue without an account", is that another option for multiple profiles under one account with having to create a new email address?

Has the third option been released yet? I do not have the small picture up top like discussed in this video. Just my main profile picture (the larger one)

I also set up multiple profiles. For example, I have a "student" account for each period I teach so I can demo things with that account and the students see things as they would see them, especially when navigating Google Classroom. But I would really love to list them alphabetically like I see you did in the video. How did you do that?!

When doing you option 3 - I have an existing personal chrome profile that I want to access from my work laptop. If I create a new profile will it change my existing personal profile extensions, bookmarks etc.

Hi, I have two Google accounts one for business and one personal. I don't want my bookmarks etc to sync but I do want my password to sync between the two accounts because on my phone for example I log in to business apps and personal apps and would love to be able to autofill business and personal. Is this possible or should I look to a third-party app like 1Password?

how do I delete one of my accounts on my google profile? And can I do it with out deleteing the main one that I like to use? Or will it shut me out of that too? My biggest fear is getting logged out altogether and not getting back in ..

Yes, you would still have access to your personal profiles.

I have a question, I use my personal laptop for work with my current employer, when I access my Google account, it says it is a "managed account" and that the admin has access to my data. Question is, if I add another profile (like you showed on option 3), with another email can I be 100% sure my employer won't be able to access any of my data?

Not in the stable channel. I had to go into my flags to turn on the LaCrOS feature to enable multiple profiles.

Need to switch between SEVERAL profiles based NOT on my name that Google shows, but the underlying email address. ALL the names are the same, so I can't see which profile I'm switching to without a big hassle. So I really need Google to display the email address at least on mouse-hover. Help.

What happens if one of your Google Chrome accounts is hacked? Would this mean that all other linked accounts would also be affected? I try to separate them from each other. If one Google account is hacked, others should remain unaffected

For Option 3, is there a reason why the "Add" option no longer shows up on my computer. It showed up for me at one point because I was able to create 2 other profiles a couple years ago but now the option no longer shows up for me and I don't know why. I've searched online everywhere and can't find an answer for this. I use a Mac computer

@@Diverse628 I don't know. I have not been able to find anyone to answer this. I've reached out to Google as well and have received 0 response from anyone as of yet. Please let me know if you find a solution for this

now i understand why i cant find the add profile option. i am on a chromebook. too bad, even after a year they did not add this feature

But the issue is that I only use one Gmail - email, even with several google accounts. And this creates an issue as then I get to the wrong gmail if I´m in a different google account in Chrome. And if I create a new / or use the other in Chrome, then ALL my saved passwords for years are gone. Don´t know how to solve this:/

Do you know when the third option is coming to Chromebooks?

You can turn that on manually for now, until Google officially rolls it out. Basically you change a few settings to enable Lacros and then you can use multiple profiles at once. I have done this manual change for all of my Chromebooks and it works great. Yeah but... Eric, I want to MERGE my two profiles. Honest. I do much better the old way. I made a mistake by clicking on all the Chrome prompts. Now I've got big splits in all of my bookmarks and passwords. Can this be undone?

I have three accounts, one I'm paying premium and feel I should be getting for all three but it doesn't matter how many complaints I put in, I'm just ignored. I feel I should just stop paying as I'm not getting what I pay for.

Wanna tell me how many Premium accounts you're paying. I'm only paying one but I have three accounts and am not getting the premium on either of the others. I feel I should and have complained many times to Google to no avail.
