Managing Anxiety: Using Velcro-style strips to visualise sensations and fears of being in danger

In this video, I’ll show why many who have a fear of flying yet know it’s not actually dangerous, need to learn how to separate frightening sensations from their actually being in danger. Somehow along the way the two experiences have become fused. In this 2nd part - learning about the HOW - we’ll look at a model that personifies the fusing of expectations, sensations and dangers. I want you to conclude your sensations might be unpleasant but they don’t necessarily mean you’re in danger.

I understand what you have been experiencing. His videos have truly helped me. I know you will overcome this. Also check out Mentour Pilot regarding turbulence and what to expect during take off and landing. Those videos along with Les Posen's truly helped me.

This guy is like God for me. I watch his videos days before my flight. I never miss a single video he releases. I get extremely traumatized and fearful before and during a flight, especially during turbulence.

Les, always great to see a new video!! Flying tomorrow across the pond, back home to the east coast of the US. Made it to Frankfurt just fine, I'll be just fine on the way back home thanks to your videos!! It may be uncomfortable but it's not unsafe 👍
