Wow that's an expensive violin! Did you consider trying some inexpensive violin? I recently bought a $50 Glarry GV101 and I didn't expect too much, but was totally blown away by it. It does everything I want out of a violin and I love the sound it makes. Since I am not and will never be a pro, I don't think more expensive violin will make any difference to me.
