mmm...If city were to win it for all their so call on field excellence in the very season after they were charged with 115 breaches of the premier leagues own regulations you have to wonder what is the point of having rules in the first place? for roughly 100 fewer misdemeanors both Nottingham Forest and Everton have been docked points this season, the kind of punishment which , if directed at the club who would have been charged with record levels of imaginative accounting would have prevented them from winning the title and thus setting new records for the very competition whose rules are meant to ensure a level playing field. So yes I want Arsenal to win the PL as a fan but also I want a team to win the PL in the right way, clearly it seems the rules just don't apply to Man City, as they have the money to just pay people off.... Wrong on every level... still I believe in fairy tales much like them Leicester City in 2015/16
