This is so cool ! The villains, Jeanne Cooper and Warren Stevens also appeared as husband and wife in a Big Valley episode in 1966. Jeanne Cooper was so talented and even nicer person.

I remember seeing this episode as a kid. I already had a Märklin set then and still do, even more now. ;-)

A classic Märklin layout, actually a factory-built display layout designed for automated continuous running in a shop window or similar. Great clip, thanks for posting.

Cleverly done and directed. Both were guest stars on Star Trek, TOS. "By Any Other Name".

Napoleon was a handsome, well dressed man with a sexy voice. I still love him.

bre-joyce west True. I can only picture him with Robert Vaughn playing him, not this new guy playing him. Sad when Vaughn died. Same way with Illya, but at least David is still alive. Arne's not as the same. Too tall.

Virginia - I agree with you 100%. I love all the videos and I probably watch them too much. No one can ever take the original Napoleon and Illya's place and shouldn't try. They were the best. I was sad when I heard about Robert's death too. I hope David is doing good.

strafrag1 Wonder if Ducky has a set! He had a photo of a train over his desk on the M.E. dept. on "NCIS". Ironically, David McCallum also has a passion for trains and I read he bought his oldest son Paul a train set before he was old enough to play with it. I don't remember what type it was but it obviously wasn't Thomas the Train and it wasn't made in China.

Murder by Marklin, now I've seen it all, of course the whistle was piped in from an American Flyer billboard somewhere ;)

A year afterward I would have my own Märklin set. Not as nice, of course, but enough to hook me for good.
