He received two life sentences, his wife was 7 months pregnant and he was found guilty after they discovered he lied about the knife attack and staged a crime scene, apparently another man texted her phone and after he suspected her of cheating, he threw her phone in the toilet and shot her, the first shot missed and so he shot her again.. He probably did that in a fit of anger and after he realized what he had done, he was so mortified he tried staging the crime scene. He's not innocent obviously and he deserves to be in jail, but he's definitely broken.

Elliot Ness From what he said. She was comig after him with a knife, and during a heated argument it would have ended badly once the knife was brought into it. And he had to shoot her to stop himself from getting stabbed unfortunately. He doesnt deserve death because of this. The people that deserve death are the ones that cause mass murderes, kidnappings, etc. Hes obviously going to serve time but death is a no go in this situation.

Timothy Kentch in the state of Florida (where this happened) you can only use non-deadly self defense which he clearly didn’t he will go to jail. Although I wish he wouldn’t he still has to for using deadly self defense

He was sentenced to life in jail, because he made up the self defense part. There was evidence he moved the body after he shot her and placed the knife near her hand. He also made the call 3 hours after the shooting and staged the whole thing during the 3 hours so they would think it was self defense. The wife was also pregnant
