Great episode! Sadhika adds glow and a different dimension to the pod! "Why Bromances are more satisfying than romantic couteraparts" - I expected this to be a topic/observation. Anyhow, let me share the science beneath: When humans were hunter-gathers, women were mainly the gatherers and took care of children, but the virile men were the hunters. The prey(antelopes/zebra etc.) are faster, stronger and stay in huge herds. To make a kill successful, you need to have a proper plan in place. To build such a plan, it requires intense and long hours of discussion. Gradually, when civilization came into existence and we became farmers, there was a big void in male DNA as hunting is replaced with agriculture and males remained drprived of the intense discussions which was very much a part of their daily lives. So, the primitive male DNA kept on the trend through 'Bromance' and 'Bakchodi'. You can bet, all male gossips are intense but ephemeral at the same time. I am an LTL(Long term listener) of your show! Yes these talks are so relatable. Seems all boys across India are same. 😅 Like Subham said rightly... there is no line .. no border on how male friendship is. It is actually most free flowing. We take all shitty things and give it back also. We don't show any sensitivity bcz we aren't. One more thing that helps us in bonding with anyone... is the no-filter talk. We don't have much secrets that can't be shared with strangers we met few days ago. Brotherhood is always unspoken but always trusted upon. betrayal is rare. Only things that break male friendship is tussle between powers (money, property/territory, position). Bring Sadhika more for secrets about girls that we don't know 😀(friend cum Bhai was a surprise)
