Summary : You and your friend must have common goals . It creates compatibility . For example - your friend want to be successful in life but you want to chill , baad meh kar lenge kam etc , then it's going to create conflict leads to insecurity . If out of 10 , 2 goals are not common , then try to create environment that can reduce or eliminate the conflict that may arise from that 2 goal . Here goals can be anything love to be at home vs like to go to party anything . It's like way of thinking or priorities in his/her life . Please if you think he/she is not honest with you , disrespect you , you think this friendship is not going anywhere , it's affecting your mental health then try to avoid the company of that person as soon as possible as once you used to fall in this trapp of forgiving him/her everyday and ignore how he/she is doing wrong with you will going to affect your mental peace . If you aren't able to break this friendship that means it is attachment, you got habit of that person . Just try to avoid him/her . I know it's difficult emotionally but forgive him/her and yourself and set yourself free from this cage of illusion . You are strong enough . You deserve better . Here Sandeep sir is trying to explain in that way . But session was little short so things were not clear to everyone I guess , but I tried to understand as much as possible . Thanks sir . This guy is very practical. I started watching his videos in my early years of college and there was definitely some hope that his advices incurred in me. After that I stopped watching him and now I come back today, and he still is the same. I've been through a lot in these past couple years and now I feel i need to listen to him again to gain some momentum and practicality in life rather being classy emotional. Thank you Sir, you've been a mentor to millions including me. from memory(me) perspective-the deep understanding of you with yourself is centre point of freindship......if u knw how to shift value from emotion....example u like to eat fast food bcz it taste good but it is unhealthy now u make yourself stop eating eat as you knw how to shift value frm emotion thn behaviour of other person doesnt matter as you r unshakeable you will hv good connection with everybody...as you hv with yourself..
