Summary : Personality is adapted by our environment, culture , society . Sandeep sir is trying to told us that Noone have permanent personality . You are not only introvert . You are not only extrovert . Even you are not ambivert . It changed time to time by what we see , think , hear on the daily basis . Generally proces of getting a personality is made during childhood . Personality is not static , it is dynamic . You can change it whenever you want according to your situation . You just have to change the mindset of thinking that it is static . Don't think someone that He/she is a very different personality , so extraordinarily perfect . How can I be like him/her ! No that's not true . Personality changes every second of your moment . It depends on your mood , your situation . Say You are an introvert and you got a news that you got 100/100 marks in all subjects in school . Then you definitely going to feel so happy that you are going shout at that time .Now at that moment you become extrovert . Right !! and vice versa different situations for extrovert also .So , personality is not static but dynamic . Due to some unknown reasons we believed that it can't be changed or we are like that so boring . No it's just time and situation that defines your personality . Personality have two parts - External and internal . External such as - dressing sense , communication skill , body language . External part is good for making first impression or attraction . But what is inner personality - if you understand this thing you are not going to focus more about about other things ( like why I am not cool , good looking etc etc which is part of external personality ) He explained a process of getting a so called permanent (which we think) personality is that it has 4 layers - 1. On biological level , it is well known that our ancestors were monkey .Due to evolution , we are now look like human being . But we still have that monkey mind. 2. Secondly during childhood ( 5-10 year kids) , we try to give meaning to the world which is taught by circumstances . 3. Suddenly when you got our teenage state , we started to consume things ( like films , webseries , experiences )as soon as possible as we are vulnerable to think perfectly to understand the world . 4. In adult state , we realised that we became something in searching for meaning of the world . We think that we acquired a particular personality permanently .Now how can I changed it . That's not true . You can be anyone if I put you in a sudden situation . How to choose personality - 1. Think which personality you want and which one you don't want 2. Most importantly ask yourself honestly why you want that personality How can you change your personality - long story short you consume those things which can help you in making the personality you want for a particular zone in a particular time( in my case one month ) You find yours . How much time you need to influence by something or someone and then see gradually you are thinking or behaving in that way . Thank you Sandeep sir . I honestly appreciate your power of thinking . Because of you we don't force ourselves that deeply . You made it crystal clear for us 😊

Helpful video ❤ today I got to know about Personality. This video cleared all my doubts about Personality

Hello Sandeep ji. Thank you for all your amazing videos. Would you please do a session on people who are in their 30s or 40s and have unfortunately taken wrong decisions in choosing education line / career due to society/ parental advice at young vulnerable age but now are unhappy in their careers and want to change. Seeing your videos have enlightened me but I feel like is it too late for me or many others like me, to start afresh now? How do we make this change, and get motivation to step out of this comfort zone ( which has become stronger and inbuilt ) due to age and our own family pressures of being a spouse/ parents ourselves now. Kindly advice. I will be very grateful if you could make a session on this topic. Thank you.

Sry sir.. Chote mu bari bat... Ap to abhi achcha khasa income kar rahe he... Then day me 1-2 hour me liye khud ka passion follow kariye.... Me khud 20 year ke hu... & me neet 2022 ke liye 2nd drop liya he... & now mene samgha ki me passionat ho kar nehi par raha hu is liye mughe mage bhi nehi a raha tha & success bhi.. But now i write rap song on my chapter like rap sonh sunkar hi chapter revision ho jaye .... PRESENT MOMENT JITNA BHI HARD HO, USE KHUD KE LIYE EASY KAR NA hi ak enterpreneur KA 1ST AIM HE....

I cannot watch Crash landing on you now . I m into entrepreneurial zone . So reading claude hopkins. This is called CHAMALEON mind trait .

Personality is of two types-internal &external. Personality=1.animal layer+2.childhood layer+3.teenage layer+4.above 20 year layer which we can change by consuming that type of content which you want to be. For changing our personality change our childhood and teenage conflict by giving new meaning. And also we all are like monkies but we have filter.

Sir , it's amazing . specially that part in which you were saying about entering in a different Zone .i Noticed,it happens automatically but we don't get an idea and by nature we are bound to enter in situation base zone but we feel like we fall into it without willing !
