Wow these look amazing! I always look up everything you show it is cheaper the the jesmonite, I learn so much from you even math class with the metric system used in your country. They started to teach us when I was younger in school but never followed through. It is a lot easier the world to be on the same metric system as others. I will definitely be trying this. I can’t wait till you show the candle molds. I did try cement once before it’s difficult getting the right kind cause we have so many different kinds in our hardware stores. You are a great lady teaching the world something different.

I use a sealer called castmonite that’s water based and non toxic
Hi! Another great video 👍 Is there a good sealer that can give Hydrostone a smooth glossy finish?

It’s like ceramic. After 3 days it’s very tough and a week it’s better
Hi! Thanks SO much for this video. So I want to be sure I understood the ratios.. 3 parts PRODUCT to 1 part WATER? Is that right? Or is it 3 parts water to 1 part product?
@NelsonInteriorSoapery

@@NelsonInteriorSoapery oh yes I know but I meant for the mold. How do you make it so there’s enough or not too much wastage other than eyeballing? I’ve had a hard time with hydrastone as 3:1 seems so thick it doesn’t seem runny like yours at all
@NelsonInteriorSoapery
11 ай бұрын
@@Ephatas yes mine is the 3/1 but runny so not sure
I notice you are not wearing and do not mention a mask/respirator. Might be worth mentioning as, while hydrostone is great, it does contain carcinogenic products that you don't want to inhale.
