I wish we had both of these in the United States. I miss the Focus and like the current generation styling. I think it would sell well considering we still have plenty of hatchbacks left in the U.S. such as the Honda Civic, Mazda 3, Toyota Corolla, and Volkswagen Golf. Also, that Puma looks really sporty. But considering its smaller size, there's a reason why it's not sold here. Us big and fat Americans couldn't imagine fitting in a car like that. That's why we favor full-size everything. It's a damn shame.

I have the Ford Puma ST Line x Vignale in Agate Black and auto. Very pleased with it, especially fuel economy. On a good run 61.5 mpg, petrol, average 47 to 53mpg.👌👏

No lo venden en Chile? El Puma en Argentina y Brasil se comercializa como EcoSport, pero por lo que ví en la web de ford chile, no sería igual al "Edge"? Saludos.

Always enjoy VIEWING these auto assembly videos. Have to laugh how the producers filter out all the factory production sounds. And nobody talks to one another? What, don't they get along? LOL! By the way, power presses do NOT stamp out parts in silence - LMMFAO! None the less, always fascinating to WATCH. That new Puma looks like a neat little runabout for around town. Too bad you can't take one on a road trip because it's electric though. Well, you could try, but it would take forever with all the charging time lost, IF you could find a charging station every time you needed one...

I love my 2017 Focus ST, In this German factory I see the new Europe market only Focus, but, also a white car that is clearly our last model circa' 2018, I do not understand this overlap as late as 2022?

I got a 2012 Focus and it only has 83,000 kilometers on it right now and the steering rack had to be replaced at 59,000 kilometers then the heater core failed leaking coolant inside the front of the car and the camshaft position sensor failed. I'm scared of what will break next and want to trade it in for a Toyota

I don't mind a three cylinder but can I have a four-cylinder turbo and are you still have the focus ST

I still liked the Ford Focus. They don’t make them anymore in the USA. I do have a 2020 Ford Escape SE. It is like driving a Ford Focus in some ways. My last car was a 2015 Ford Escape SE. When I got vehicle in 2017. For the first week of driving it. It felt liked a Focus. I used to have a 2005 Ford Focus just a little bit over 10 1/2 years ago. I was in a bad car accident in the Focus. That car was fun to drive back then.

Oh yea 😢so long time am waiting for I have one Ford Focus years 2010 and am really satisfied my Ford but it’s time to change now I wish it will be same as still strong like USA 🇺🇸 am use this car in my country Mauritius paradise island 🇲🇺👌

Ford is the best. I have 5th generation Fiesta made in Germany in 2009. Has 1.4 petrol engine and 154.000 KM now. Stil runs like when it was brand new, you cant hear the engine. :)

The seats were terrible - like sitting in a bucket, the stupid sound symposer gimmick was faulty and beeped all the time, the fuel gauge didn't tell you you were low on fuel until the tank was almost empty, and then it did a fast count. It would say something like 30 miles left, then 3 miles later it would say 20 miles left. I received recall notices every couple of months, for the faulty plastic fuel tank that could collapse if the vent wasn't working right, for the rear hatch release, etc. The torque steer was ridiculous. The turning circle was HUGE, like a Mack truck. The front tires would hop on hard acceleration. The toe adjustment for rear tires had to be adjusted FULLY to one end of travel just to get the tires pointing straight ahead. You had to disassemble the battery tray to get the battery out because it was wedged under the windshield AND it had the infamous crap 2-piece lug nuts that could swell so you couldn't take them off. It's appalling that ford can't figure out how to make a lug nut after 130 years in business. The design of the interior was hideous, like a crazy person designed it. Lines going everywhere and not lining up with anything. No finesse and no class at all. The interior lamp controls were placed in crazy locations like on the side of your head and were impossible to figure out. Almost everything about it was just plain stupid.

Well I have to say, that going by the thumbnail, FORD are certainly the breast, and certainly stand out from all the competition.

I had a Focus ST. It was such a lousy car. Dumb. The design of the interior was hideous, like a crazy person designed it. Lines going everywhere and not lining up with anything. No finesse and no class at all. The interior lamp controls were placed in crazy locations like on the side of your head and were impossible to figure out. Almost everything about it was just plain stupid. The car had massive torque steer. Ford claims they wanted to provide a "feel of power", OMG. They MESSED UP. There's no excuse for this. The wheels would hop like mad on hard acceleration from a stop. The toe adjustment for rear tires had to be adjusted FULLY to one end of travel just to get the tires pointing straight ahead so they wouldn't wear out in just a few thousand miles. It even had the infamous crap 2-piece lug nuts that could swell so you couldn't take them off. Tool companies make a socket that's .5mm larger just for these Ford nuts now, lol. It's appalling that ford can't even figure out how to make a lug nut after 130 years in business. No more Fords for me.

@@CarManufacturing Well, that's a complicated question. I only buy older used cars with manual transmissions, so I'm not too familiar with the "newer" cars, apart from the 2014 Focus ST that I owned for several years. There are very few new cars available in the USA with manual transmissions now. I drive a 2004 Audi S4 which I've owned about 15 years. It's been pretty good in terms of overall reliability but can be difficult to repair due to limited access in the tight engine bay which requires major disassembly of the front end of the car in order to do anything - even to change the serpentine belt. I can only afford to run it because I do most of the repairs myself. When buying cars I avoid any kind of automatic and semi-automatic transmissions, especially DSG and CVT. I avoid cars with direct injection unless they have injectors upstream of the valves to clean carbon deposits from the valves. If you're asking me what newer cars I think are good, I'd say Honda and Toyota are among the best in terms of reliability. I've owned several Hondas and the weak point is the CV joints. I'd also try an Audi as long as it had a manual transmission - but Audi only sells automatics in the USA now.
