The more of your videos that I watch, I'm slowly talking myself into trying to do this!

Warning... Skylighter says that aluminum and sulfur will react when using water as the thinner. Either use acetone or add 5% boric acid to the water. Dissolve well before using. The reaction is that the finished product can heat up and even self ignite.

I did the same thing. First charcoal was 36 mesh commercial hard wood. I couldn't figure out why it was so slow and my rockets barely had any lift. They sure did have a pretty tail though. Now I make my own red cedar air float then granulated and repowder my bp. Just like goex now. Great video, I'm new so I love seeing all the different types of stars. A video on testing different primers on hard to light stars would be awesome!

here is where I get confused....... 1 pound=16ounces there are 28.3grams in a ounce.... 28.3x16=452.8 but if you use google and use a conversion app it says 453.59............ so which is it???? Soooooo I decided to post this Question in case someone else was wondering the same thing.. Sooooooooo,,,,, there is some common core shit going on here or something or my brain just isnt working they are measuring out to the 100/1000th.... but even that does not compute to my math.... they have an ounce measured out to 28.34952grams but if you take 453.59/16 you get 28.349375 fortunately we dont measure to the thousandth but it still makes me wonder what the hell..... but thats just me.... but it could also be opperator error... I am getting old. P.S. I double check everyones math when it comes to my fingers... So Please dont take it personal
