Aww sweet little kid! I can not believe how easy you made this look - now I need to try making it as I love Chevre cheese, always have some in my freezer. Also love learning from another and thank you for showing you also learn from others, sweet voice in the background giving tips and tricks. Pinwheels looked great - looks like Howard enjoyed them too, LOL Great video and cant wait for all the other videos in this wonderful collaboration!!
We make chevre without heating the milk by using freshly strained milk that we just got from the goat! ❤
I’m so inspired! I buy sour cream all the time… now I’m going to make it at home! Thanks so much for being apart of this wonderful collaboration on dairy! I hope at least one of your viewers wins at the livestream giveaway on July 5th, 2023 at 6 pm Est on the Inquisitive Farmwife channel. Lots of door prizes and prize giveaway away at random from comments picked from videos in this collaboration. This giveaway is not sponsored by KZread or Streamyard or any affiliate. Good luck anyone!
Aw the baby in the beginning was so cute!! That is a lot of whey at the end! I didn't know you could put it in your garden! Thanks for sharing your way to make Chevre cheese and for hosting this wonderful Collab!!
I make chevre for our local farmers market and instead of buying a culture I have been making clabber and feeding it like sourdough...it makes beautiful chevre!
Sweet baby kid! Excellent intro 🥰
Welcome to the club world little kid. Chèvre is so so goo! Nicely done!
Welcome to the world, little kid! I donated my unused double-boiler years ago to make room in the cabinet. Great tip about avoiding introducing bacteria to the culture. Chevre is one of our favorite cheeses for get togethers and special occasions. Thanks for the excellent instructions, and letting us know it can be frozen for the future. Your pinwheel? Yum! Howard is SO funny...awesome video, LeAnne!
Sweet little baby. That cheese looks amazing! Bet it would make a delicious cheesecake! Thanks, Leanne. I enjoyed watching you make this. 🥰
Welcome to world little one. Never made homemade cheese before. Thanks for sharing!
I’ve never considered making homemade cheese. I’m a mild cheese is my favorite cheeses.. Your June colab on dairy is going to be a lot to take in.
Thanks Leanne! That does look like regular cream cream….& thanks for the Pinwheel recipe idea…I had forgotten about those. I’ve had them at get togethers & have always enjoyed them.💕
I don't think I've ever heard you laugh before. It brought me joy and put a smile on my face.

Good Morning LeAnne. Wow! That baby goat is so cute. I have not ever made cheese. I know my great and grandmother made cheeses. However, I am not sure if my mom did? I learned a lot from them but don’t remember watching them make the cheese. Is there a special kind of cheese cloth to purchase? I ha e gotten some from Walmart and it was small and didn’t last. I use it in makimg jalapeño jelly let it strain. I would love to find a bigger cloth and higher quality. I like how you used the handle to let your cheese strain. I missed where you got the packet from because my new rescue kitty was climbing the curtain. So much talent in our community and I am so impressed. You are amazing I appreciate how you share! That recipe with the roasted peppers, sausage and cheese would be a nice cool meal for the Summer. Do you have a Summer menu on your farm and a Winter menu? We do in the Summer I need cool quick easy healthy meals. Time is something I am very short of. Have a blessed day! Wendy🇺🇸🙏🏻🌎
