Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Home can ketchup to the flavors of comfort, familiarity, and warmth. Just like a dollop of ketchup on a plate of fries, home has the power to add that extra touch of coziness to our lives. It's where we find solace after a long day, where laughter echoes through the halls, and where memories are made around the dinner table. Home is not just a place; it's a feeling of belonging, of safety, and of love. So, let's cherish our homes and the moments we create within them, for they are truly special and irreplaceable.
In this video, I will show you how easy ketchup is to process and can Ketchup using the Ball recipe. This video is apart of the collaboration Plan to Can Collaboration that is hosted by Jeni's Scratch Made Kitchen and The MillerLife Kitchen KZread Channels. There will be a Livestream giveaway on March 2, 2024 at 8:30pm on Jeni's scratch made Kitchen's Channel. How delightful! LeAnne, you are such a blessing to your KZread family. I’m told it takes 2 to 3 times as long to make your product, like ketchup, when you are filming and editing so I’m just taking a moment to tell you how much it is appreciated. Thank you so much. Please keep these vids coming.

Maybe in a future episode you can explain to us viewers ... how you choose your canning equipment. The "why and how" of your core canning impliments ... for newbies ... on how to start simple, safe home canning. You are certainly doing God's good work here. Information is much valued.

Awesome stirring tool your husband made for you. The ketchup looks good. Thanks for sharing.
The pot stirer is an awesome idea. Thank you for sharing the ketchup recipe. I'll have to give it a try.
Cool stirring tool. I think the amount of time it takes is what keeps me from trying this.

Ketchup has always been a mystery to me so I’m hoping your recipe will be my answer - it sure looks like it from the ingredients. Thank you so much for the video and participating in this collaboration.
Wow~ I made Ketchup so many years ago! I didn't have any of the gadgets, it would be so much more productive to have the gadgets to make the process so much more pleasant to make Ketchup! Great Video Leanne! Thanks for the video!
I adore watching your videos. Thank you for sharing this recipe with all of us. Can't wait to try it.

Thank you, LeAnne. I used to make this ketchup in the 70's. Friends told me they used it for everything. One said that it was good enough to put on ice cream. 😅 I love the creative mixer your husband made for you. Thank you for sharing 😊

You’ve made me want to make ketchup again. Last time was the summer of 1984. We were building our house & living in the construction. Ilet our 4 year old son have a friend out for the day. I heard the giggling & found they were having a tomato fight 😜. Like I said, it was a construction zone, so I didn’t get too upset. I remember it was a LOT of work, but I didn’t have a strainer/juicer at the time. I totally agree with using a steam canner

This is simpler than the recipe I used last year! I'm going to give it a try. The one I tried had malt vinegar in it and my family did not like it all. I've had to hide it in recipes that I've created.
We love ketchup
Leann, I have the identical counter top (as long as that is bronze coloured chips!) Thanks for this great addition to the Plan to Can. I love having Ball recipes, as I don't have the book yet. So a new one I can add to more Prep notebook.

I love your videos. Thank you for this nifty recipe. ❤
I haven't tried canning ketchup. That pot stirring tool sure helped out.
I made this same ketchup recipe for the first time recipe last year. My husband likes it but I feel like the flavor is closer to a BBQ sauce than ketchup. Based on your suggestion, I'm going to try reducing or eliminating the cayenne next time I make it; I think that spiciness is what makes me think BBQ. It is very good for topping a meatloaf though. Thanks for the video showing your process!
Thanks for this video. This is one of my goals to do more from scratch this year.😊

I have wanted to make ketchup for a few years and this year will be the year.. Thanks for the great video.
LeeAnne lots of work there but I found that putting carrots in it also thickens it !!! I tried the way you did and found that the Blender I had at that time was taking all of the thickening away !!! So that is why I did the thing of carrots !!! In the tomatoes it goes and it stays right their for us to eat !!! Kids didn't remember the carrots & I was getting another serving of vegs into my children !!!
Your ketchup looks a lot better than mine. I should try this recipe next time.
Okay I’m wanting to try this. Thanks
