In this video, I will share how to make a cheese sauce for dipping and soft pretzels. I am using The Basics and More Cookbook for the recipe for the soft pretzels. It is so fun for kids to help make and shape pretzels. The cheese sauce comes together in less than ten minutes and its very simple to make, just keep stirring.

When I was a child, prior to moving from the Boston area to the South, we used to visit our cousins in Bucks County. While there we HAD to go to the Neshaminy Mall where I'd buy Amish soft pretzels and pig out on them. There is NOTHING in the world like those soft pretzels. Thank you for the recipe. I'll make them after I go off this diet.

These look amazing! Your pretzels look so good and have a great shape. I make pretzels a lot with sourdough but I do the bites or “sticks” lol because when I try to shape them they so look ridiculous lol. I think Howard ❤ them!! 😅

Good morning LeAnne! Pretzels big soft yummy pretzels yum. I am drooling. I would go with a friend to the mall to get them big soft pretzels with cheese. I am not supposed to have gluten but I eat it on occasion it kills me but I love it. I have learned to make some really good vegan cheeses. This looked so good. Your husband loved them.
