@@Voda-xi8uzand how does a wife of billionaire makes a better mom or wife? It’s her personality simple. She being on camera doesn’t change anything. There are a lot of us who work in offices or places that are wired with cameras everyday. But it doesn’t change who we really are. I believe she being a billionaire’s wife should rather let her have domestic staff to do everything for her. But here is she is, doing everything all by herself.

With Daddy Neeleman's hundreds of millions backing them, they thought it would be fun to cosplay as homesteaders and started Ballerina Farms along with this KZread channel. This isn't a charming true to life story of 2 city slickers quitting their 9-5 to make an honest living operating a farm/ranch . . . This is quite literally an example of one of the odd things the rich do for fun - Pretending to be "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" hardworking Americans.

You can make it with heavy whipping cream from the market and shockingly it does make a lot. You can put minced fresh herbs into it which goes amazing with home baked bread. If you don’t have a stand mixer you can also take a really big (2 quart) quart fruit jar and add cream and the slosh back and forth. It takes about 15 mins to make butter this way. I’ve done it with my kids in class

I was so fixated on the little things your little helpers were doing. The attention to detail they demonstrated... moving the chair to the sink in order to wash her hands with no assistance turning on the faucet or turning it off with perfection. Cleaning the bowl and table. I mean, I started cooking at the age of 6 and knew my way around the kitchen without assistance by middle school... but your girls... WOW. You teach by example and trust they can do it... actually, you KNOW they can. So your girls will grow to be very CONFIDENT, independent, strong, loving daughters! Physically, mentally and emotionally amazing human beings! What more could a child need or want from a mother figure? You set the perfect example. Thank you for allowing us a window view into your family's lives... brings hope! ❤❤❤ BTW, I love making homemade butter ❤❤❤

We recently retired and moved into town. We had Jerseys cows as well and loved their milk and making butter. We used our large blender to whip the jersey cream (less messy) until it separated into butter. We then pour off the butter milk into a jug, then poured ice cold distilled water over the butter and whipped it until rinsed . Afterwards we pressed out the access water, then add salt to taste. Farm life is the best! Thank-you for sharing your experiences on the farm. I know we’re going to love your channel. ❤

He wants a place with some land in the countryside of Vermont and he has a better than 6 figure salary with great benefits. Any single ladies out there with interests like this young woman?

A friend of mine put me onto your channel and I have to say how much I’m enjoying it. Your young family looks so happy and your children are experiencing so much more than city kids ever will experience. They are learning so many life skills at such a young age. Watching your girls help with making butter was just priceless. You and your husband are doing such a good service to your children teaching them the true meaning of life and being part of a family. On another note, have you considered getting a Braun mixer like the one Ruthann Zimmerman on KZread has? It’s larger and it’s different in how it mixes. It also has a cover so when you’re making butter, it doesn’t splatter everywhere. Anyway, just a thought.

What an excellent video!!! I've been making butter for years, but, I just LOVE watching your videos and the children. I guarantee (from experience) that these are going to be such fond memories for them years in the future -- and they, most likely, might not even care to look back on the videos because their own personal experience will supercede...all that tactile and taste and just remembering how sweet the peaked cream was off the beater and sipping from the dipper...yeah...this video actually brings back memories for me 40-ish years ago; great job

Just a comment- your mixer is so noisy because the mixer shaft has slipped down over time and the whisk is hitting the bowl. There is a screw inside the neck of the mixer (when you lift up the mixer head, you can see the surface of the screw inside) that you can turn with a flat head screwdriver to raise or lower the mixer shaft. The mixer attachment should be high enough that it does not touch the bowl while mixing. Or I might be wrong.... but mine made the same noise before I researched it and fixed it.

I love this video. I asked for a Kilner butter churner for Christmas and got it. I take organic heavy cream from the store-, no dairy farmers near me, and churn a pound of fresh butter once a week. Before my little butter churn, I used a ball jar and shook it for 15 minutes and could make a 1/2 pound. Thanks for sharing how you do it. As always, I appreciate your videos 😊P.S. a pound of organic butter in WI is $8.00 and a pint of heavy cream is $4.00, so for us it's cheaper to make our own.

I feel so privileged to have access to farm fresh non pasteurized cream to continue to reap the health benefits and luxurious taste of homemade butters, buttermilk and everything else I still make at home like ricotta, marscapone, mozzarella, cottage cheese, ice cream, cream cheese. I'm retired and no longer live on my own farm but retain the traditions farm life affords. Embrace it. I have friends in Pakistan that during Pandemic were having difficulty accessing proper nutrition due to rationing, inflation, shortages..I helped them obtain chickens, dairy cows and 2 for beef..transformed their existence at pennies on the dollar. We need to get back to the land and basics. I haven't purchased bread in twenty years. Thank you for sharing wholesome living.❤
