Making a Twisted Copper and Bronze Ring
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Don't confuse this for a how - to style video, it's more of a "How one guy made a thing" video. If you are into making things or making rings it would be neat to see if you made your own and put your own TWIST On it... I have so few subscribers I think this will cost me about 5% of them.
I will shout into the void at some people that inspired me to make thing.

I have a patreon, and I was told by a friend to at least put it in the description. I made it RIGHT before patreon increased their take just to have one.
All I'll say is if you see the channel getting more active, consider dropping a dollar or two. I will figure out something to make that worth it some time... or some categories that could get you a ring or something else. I'll think on it.

Those thin saw blades are a nightmare! I felt your pain/frustration when it snapped 😂 I used to go through a tonne of them at uni cutting out awkward metal shapes for jewellery etc 🤦♀️

They're the most necessary bane of my existence, they're less frustrating to break now I just expect it when things feel like they're going really well and I think "Nothing's broken in a while" then it'll break
Loving the wide bench view

No one has told me that my bench generates anxiety, but I'm going to go ahead and say it, my bench generates anxiety in someone XD
Great video man! The copper wire inlay ring you put up was dope. Glad to see the youtube still active!

Thanks man! I'm definitely going to make another one of those at some point! And that work from home put a big ole damper in a lot of youtube plans XD
I have just looked through your playlist and you have so many interesting and cool videos, exploring a wide range of stuff too! I’m just so blown away that you have so few subscribers so far 😭💔 I loved this video! Thanks for sharing all of your skills with us! ❤❤❤❤

Thank you very much! I hope to get back to some crafting videos this year, between some shifting priorities and time being precious I think I can make time for more!
Nice ring and nice video 👍💯❤️
Your narrating is really well done! My friend Denise suggested I check out your channel! You’re content is great!

@@MaxPowerCrafts it’s still a work in progress... I’m only using my iPhone to make my clips, but I do my best to make them as quality as possible. I use between 8 to 10 apps and it takes about three days total (filming, voice over, and video editing) 😅

@@nebuQloud Editing is a lot, I can imagine it's a lot of work on a phone but good on you for doing it period! My first dozen or so videos were all iphone filmed too, edited on PC though. It takes a lot of time, even off a phone. If you ever move to a PC there is a really good editing software that is free and on par with after effects that I use. Davinci Resolve. They're a camera company that makes software to support their cameras that they just let be free. And Audacity is a free audio recording and editing software.
I really liked the ring, great video :)

Thank you very much! I am almost positive that the rolling mill I have is this 130mm combination mill from pepe tools pepetools.com/collections/rolling-mills-1/products/130mm-combination-ultra-rolling-mill
man this really great pattern. But must you oxidize it?

To be perfectly honest, no. Sometimes I'm in the mood to oxidize, sometimes I am a bigger fan of leaving it raw.
