Hi, do you have or know of any plans for a box with a lid which has 6 fixed dividers front to back and then removable dividers which can be fitted making smaller chambers within the 6 channels please?

Sorry, but that sounds like something you're going to custom layout your. The box generator in the description may help you get started.

I realize this is a newbie question, buttttt, how did you get the coloring on the wood while engraving ?? Is that just the color just below the surface and engraving it is just showing whats right below the surface ?? WAIT....is that basically doing a relief carving ????

That's just the coloring of the engraved wood. Yes, it's basically a relief carving. Different woods with engrave at different colors. You can also add chemicals to the wood to darken the engravings.

Can it be made with acrylic instead of wood?

I don't see why not? You might have to play with the sizing a bit!

I’ve just started watching some of your videos as I’m looking a what appears to be the same laser, however, it’s advertised as a 60w. Just trying to understand whether it’s a decent machine and it looks like it according to your videos. I’m also in Canada, he’s asking for $1900 for the laser with electric height adjustment, a computer to run it, (could be anything) and some sheets of acrylic worth a few hundred dollars. Includes air assist and water pump. What area are you in? Like your videos!!

I see you are using a 50w C02 laser. Which make and model is it and does it have any problems cutting 1/4" plywood material?

It's a generic 3050 ebay model. My video on it is here kzread.info/dash/bejne/paeJ0JifcbKqfZs.html 1/4" plywood is hit or miss these days. It does 1/4" Baltic Birch fine, but many of the big box store plywoods are changing glues, which causes the wood to smolder instead of cutting.
