Yes you would. Cut a couple small tests of the finger joints until you get it fittinf the way you like.

@@MakeTechCreate Thanks yeah I have the joints at a good place I just cant seem to get the hinge. It looks ok on boxes but when you bring it to lightburn in the preview, the pin for the hinge is double the size it should be and cuts through the arc.

​@DreamingTheLifeLivingTheDream I would have to look at the file to see what's wrong. Have you tried generating your own box from scratch from the laser box generator to see if that works.

I would use Boxes,py to make a regular hexagon and then edit the vector files into the coffin shape. Thanks for watching.

True ... but it the only option with a laser. A CNC opens up a lot more options.
