Making A Custom Headache Rack W/ Lights!
Another headache rack and another happy customer! He wanted something heavy duty, we gave him just that! With a beautiful raptor lined finish! Everything was wired up, secured, and tested before he left! We also integrated some strap points which are secure and very strong! This was another fun project!
A little about Wicked Workz:
We are a one man show currently, but we outbuild our competitors in quality and strength! Most customers dont know how we build them until they see and feel our product, which end up meeting more then what they thought i would produce! I also make sure my customers are happy and satisfied! Most of our business is by word of mouth which is only building more relationships and growing the company!

Ran across a KZread video with high quality build done with OVAL LED LIGHTS in RED and WHITE. The Co. that made the lights is called OPTRONICS LED
How are you holding the lights in? Im making one for a shop project and im trying to figure out how i would put the lights on, if i need to bolt them in place or what

Held in by grommet the holes cut to size
Should've added a cargo light in the center
Hey man how do you account for the bed rails narrowing as the truck bed goes further to the tailgate. I see you have slotted holes for rails, do those do the trick for getting the rack to fit on the rails?

The front is pretty much the same the first 24” but i go off the inner part and go out 2.5” or whatever it needs to be to have the width wanted

@@wickedgarageyou powder coat the rack or use something else?
I Love the Old English letter style choice for the WW logo. Plasma cutter I'm guessing. I'm guessing you had fabrication experience from a previous job with the quality work you do on every project.

Probably very close to $200 , I’ve built mine with drop material and came out with $132 for 188lb or steel
And what happened to the press brake video part 2& 3 you never post any about it.
