You have a trailer, but sometimes you still load up couches and other big items on the truck bed. Why is that? Also, I liked the longer video after the wait for a new episode.👍

Just don’t feel like hauling the trailer around or it’s just inconvenient to run and pick it up sometimes 😅

Depends on what you are getting, what shape it’s in. But overall it’s all about learning your market. What people in your area want to buy and for how much. Takes some time to figure out but I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it after a while

One option is slowly lowering your prices over time

Make sure your pictures look professional and have professional looking backgrounds. I haven't gotten into flipping yet but from what I am seeing between the people being successful vs not so successful it's just presentation. Couches have a larger profit potential and as long as you clean it up a little and disinfect it with professional pictures and free delivery you can make solid money.

Hey, I just want to let you know I was in the couch flipping game and what you’re making is not worth it you are gonna end up hurting your back really bad I am still suffering from issues even though I used floor dolly’s and overtime it catches up with you, I am only 25 and couch, flipped for a little over a year.

I figured it would but I’d rather work hard now so later on I won’t have too and can relax with a broken back instead of working with one. Thanks for your insight though much appreciated

I used to have a job that was tough on my back and it did start to cause issues because I wasn't careful enough. I did go to a chiropractor a few times but what I think ended up helping me was working out. Workouts that targeted my back in different positions seemed to either put my back right or build up more supporting muscles. Not sure what exactly, but I think if you listen to your body and act proactively, I agree about working harder while you're young so you don't have to when you're old.
