Not a bad profit for 45 minutes of work. Also not overpriced since you do have the travel time for quoting, as well as again when you go to do the job. Then there's the overhead with any marketing. 180 dollars seems really steep though, I wonder if it would ever be practical to save up junk from a couple of jobs and drop them off at the same time to reduce how often you have to pay that price. Friends like Caleb are great, I have some friends who would get offended if they weren't given half the money, and that would be without considering the expenses. Basicaly they would get a lot more money than I would from a job because I would be contributing the equipment, footing the risk, taxes, fuel, business insurance, marketing, quoting time, etc.
