+flipmode 1009 we donate about 80% of the items that can still be reused to either families in need or local charities.. Unfortunately places like Goodwill have been real picky lately about the items that they take and we don't have a place to store these items. Hopefully over the next six months or so we will find more places to donate these reusable items so we can lower our impact on the landfill even further.

+Kirk Niles We have contemplated for a while on what will be the next addition to our business (dump trailer or box truck?). If it was to be a dump trailer, the 7' x 14' with 2 -1/2 to even 3 -1/2 side walls would be the perfect choice for us.. but right now we seem to be leaning towards a 17' Box Truck.

There is still someone out there in 2016 who doesn't have a flat screen TV? OMG!

OK...I am going to be honest. When I first saw you taking out the couch I thought it was going to be a problem, but you got it. Then with the second couch I was sure I was going to be right that time...I wasn't. You handled those like a champ !!! My ONLY critique is the rat should NEVER have been released. IMO it should have gone to the ASPCA and found a good home. Im not a PETA freak but no non native species should be introduced in to the eco system (eg...pythons in Florida). Still a great group of videos. BTW what is the most interesting item you have ever found ?

Don't worry about the rat. It was owl or snake food within 24 hours. Albinos are like bullseye targets for owls especially at night.

+Ethel Patnaude .. Unfortunately we could not take a break in the middle of the work day to run an errand like that, nor did we have something to really keep him in until we get to a pet store.. It would have been different if we weren't at work or at least in the same county as we live in.. We were just following directions from the property manager of the apartment complex.

+Deandre Atkinson first check with your local City & County offices to see if they have any special requirements. (I know very little about Ohio's rules and regulations)... you will also want to look into how and where you will be disposing of the items and what those fees will cost you. That's definitely very important in helping you set your prices.. some states and counties have higher disposal fees than others.

A & J's Removal Services, LLC. You did the best that you could have done in those circumstances. It's the original owner of the pet rat that should be held accountable for abandoning him. At least the rat was able to run free for once in his life.

that rat is going to be eaten by some animal loving woman's cat named FLUFFY , PEOPLE THAT LOVE ANIMALS AND HAVE CATS do more damage to animals then people that hate animals

WTF, this is a pet rat and it will not survive outside. You even mentioned how fixed it was on humans. First the fucking owners left him behind and than you go and abandoned him as well. Sorry but this sucks, even if you didn´t know better. Common sense should tell you what is right and what is wrong !!!

+SnooShee .. It had nothing to do with common sense.. it was a Saturday, code enforcement was closed and wouldn't come out, and I was at work.. that was the best we can do.. think of it this way, that rat became someone else's lunch.. I did that animal a favor.

You did this animal a favor? You´re just full of "it". Tell yourself that shit, so you feel good about yourself. Unbelievable how stupid, lazy and heartless some people are. One call to the police and they would have called animal control, because this was a case of animal cruelty and the owners should have been hold acountable. Sadly this world is full of people who just don´t care for what´s right. So the only thing i´m left to say after your answer is " F... U" !!!!

SnooShee did you expect them to lose time from work? Also were they not supposed to listen to what the client instructed them to do. I would have done the same thing.
