I absolutely love these BA videos where we get a glimpse into lesser known duties of food/restaurant careers!

I could of sat here and watched for hours. Loved how she explained everything and her olive oil cookie with the balsamic vinegar cream and peach paste filling ice cream sandwich cookie is something I would be willing to try because I do enjoy olive oil cake 👍🏻

That comfort cake seems like it would be perfect for an adult. Like, not too sweet, a little sour, just more depth of flavor and not just slapping you in the face with sugar. I'd definitely want a slice.

They need a proper dehumidifier for there freezer before the entire thing bust :(

I enjoyed this video so much. There are times when I want to bake, and just because I can't make up my mind, I do absolutely nothing and eat a Pop-Tart instead. Even though you were all so busy, everybody had such a serenity. Busy and serene all at the same time.

Idc what part of the culinary industry you are in. If you are working in a kitchen i have nothing but respect and gratitude 🙏 that there are people who want to and love doing this. So valuable so difficult, you guys are beasts period.

I bet that’s the only reason why they freeze cakes so that they’re frost-able and they don’t stockpile them otherwise

It also allows you to do large batches of one variety at a time. If they were mixing and baking for a single cake at a time, they'd never be able to get ahead. It's time and cost inefficient
