  • @spageti6640

    @spageti6640

    I have not watched it yet and i do not know if his motor is legit but coils dont work like that. If the 3 coils are electricaly 120° out of phase with each other it will create a continuous spinning magnetic field. The magnets inside pretty much acts as one big magnet that anchors on the spinning field of the coils. I see where you are coming from tho, in brushed dc motors coils can only have 2 polarities and a single supply voltage that is just reversed.

  • @souvikdey9178

    @@spageti6640 as you mentioned, how it is even possible to make DC 120 degrees out of phase electrically? Are you not confusing between DC and three phase AC? Kindly study AC Induction motor theory and also DC motor theory. Thanks.

    That's where the controller comes in boys That's the whole point of a BLDC controller or an AC 3 phase inverter as opposed to a single phase three pole inverter I mean you seem to have no concept of the topic of which you're discussing and I'm not trying to be rude I'm simply trying to point out that one of you clearly knows electrical engineering The other is clearly learning about electricity as a source of energy, don't you find it more interesting that neither one of you seem to understand the concept of why the other ones thoughts don't work and whether or not something is legit. The reason this works is a the outer coils do lock in phase with the inner coils however you have a controller that systematically and on the nanosecond or possibly even Pico's second level switches the polarity of the inner coil back and forth from north to south reversing poles instantly And does this hundreds of thousands if not millions of times during the rotation of the stator which transfers to mechanical energy which allows you to move something it's all in the controller board as to how fast and which poles get flipped at what time The point is when it locks phase with the inner coil and that inter coil rotates to turn and lock up it switches on it that instant to turn yet again and continue the motion. The chips on the board the transistors the variable resistors or potentiometers used all point to what coil gets flipped and when and how fast that causes the mechanical energy to occur at a higher rate or a lower rate but with more force from the magnetic field building up. 😊

    A current will still be induced in an air core coil... coils with less inductance make motors than spin at a higher rpm with torque being traded for speed. To use his supposedly 20k rpm motor as a generator you would have to spin it at 20k rpm
