@@MichelleMidori I too am on the hunt for more like HLP but so far she is the only one I found. Kimberly Clark and her anti hauls got me started on wanting less things and HLP sealed the deal and got me to enjoy and appreciate what I already have. Now even if HLP does review products I don’t have I don’t really want it. I enjoy Sarah too because it’s not wall to wall new new new.

10/10 recommend Rebecca Morgan and Jessica Payne, they are so intentional with their consumption (ethics, sustainability) and collection size

Glad I'm not the only one who isn't crazy about the Lash Princess. It doesn't do enough for my lashes. It's not particularly volumizing, lifting, separating, or anything. It just makes them black.

You're right. I only don't mind it because I wear falsies a lot of the time, so all I really want is something cheap and black to blend them together. So it's good for that, at least. But you get what you pay for.

@@pinksalamanders I like most other Essence mascaras, just not the lash princess line. I can definitely see how it would work really well for false lashes.

I used the green one and found it was super lengthening and voluminous but it smudged on me. The purple wasn’t as intense but still smudged. I had one girl ask me if I was wearing false lashes with them on😂 Too bad they smudged horribly. Not worth the hassle.

This was a good reminder that I need to clean my brushes and possibly sort through them. I don't have a ton, but I have some that I don't use. I was so nervous about the mini Eco Tools brushes. I'm glad they get to stay! I don't know why I'm so attached to yours when I have my own, but I don't think that I could get rid of them.

I recommend the waterproof version of the lash princess, that's one of my favorites. I have super watery/oily eyes.

@@SarahRoseBeauty Sometimes, it really depends on the product you use to remove your makeup. If you want one that's easy to remove maybe try the Half caked beauty Totally Tubular mascara. My favorite is "The Ultimate"

I think it dissolves pretty easily with the Good Molecules cleansing balm - it’s actually the whole reason I use that balm!

I was thinking of trying that one, because I love the effect of the green one, but it smudges really bad on me. I remove my mascara with a dual phased eye makeup remover anyway, so removing probably won’t be a problem.

The la girl shockwave eyeliners are a better formula and I love the way they sharpen

I don't love them. They are ultra creamy but because of that, they always run down the corners of my eyes. It's literally every time I look in the mirror. I much prefer urban decay or melt.

Excellent declutter. I had went through my nail polish collection and kept those polishes I will reach for the most. A satisfying feeling of my collection.

I would honestly buy that Eco Tools blush brush you're decluttering off of you. I love the old version and I can't find them anywhere else :(

I'm sitting here painting my nails in a redish pink color, much like that pink pacifica color while watching this video. And that is my favorite color to use so personally I would love all of those pinks you decluttered😂 funny how people are so different

When I moved, I went ahead and decluttered all of my nail polishes for the exact same reason. I can’t wear nail polish on my fingers at my job, and I usually just stick to black for my toes, so I just got rid of all of them (they were all really really old anyways) and just got one black to have.

the ud primer potion lasts ridiculously long. i´ve been using my mini since january 2021

I couldn't get rid of brushes for some reason, I could probably go 4 months without washing lol but lately I've been decluttering palettes. The bk beauty are on my list.

How are the Pacifica nail polish formulas? I have never used them.

My mini Marc Jacobs eye liner was super dry too. I could barely use it, it was so awful.

What colour would you call the shade mercury in the subculture palette? Is it taupe? Grey? Needless to say I like it and it blends beautifully with rowdy. Just wondering your thoughts 😄

Haha I guess I’d call it a taupe! Somewhere between gray and brown!

I've also really gotten away from using nail polish on my fingernails because my nails don't look that good. I prefer getting them done professionally or using fake nails

I didn't like the LA girl pencil either I had a teal shade and gave it away

I love urban decays brow blade! I wish I could find a good drug store dupe.

Have you had issues with the nozzle on your NYX glitter glue busting open? I’ve had that happen twice even if I’m mindful of how tight I put the top back on….

@@SarahRoseBeauty it’s crazy but there are not many brands making glitter glues. I was looking to see if I had better luck elsewhere, even though I love the NYX, ELF and TF discontinued theirs. I guess I’ll just keep it and take it from the busted part of the nozzle. I asked another KZreadr Ewa Makeup artist if she had this problem and she agreed, she said it may be because some of the product dried and caused the nozzle to burst. She told me to clean it out every now and then. You may love her channel by the way, I really like how she does several videos on a product to give her thorough thoughts. She’s not always buying new stuff. She’ll do 3 or 4 videos on one palette until she’s used all the shades. I think it’s really useful!

In one of your previous videos you mentioned donating to a group. Can you share which group that is?

That essence mascara was not made for the Georgia heat. I threw mine away as well.

ive tried out the lash princess mascaras and theyre just not good the green smears and flakes on me and the blue waterproof one takes 500 years to remove properly so this have convinced me to declutter mine lmao goodbye annoying mascaras !
