I would love to see this lipstick declutter become a kind of annual series on your channel! I love the idea of trying them all on to see what looks good on you.

Love lip swatches!! You can see hand swatches all day but it doesn’t really show you the way it will look on. You did awesome with your declutter!! That UD liquid lip shade was STUNNING on you! 10/10 recommend getting it in a different formula. 🥰🥰

totally understand axing all the liquid lipsticks from your collection. i don't love wearing them and they take FOREVER to go through! i have a favorite that i've been wearing into the office most days for over a year now, and only just now am i starting to get clear windows on the sides of the bottle

Wow! I have one lipstick. Just one. Even when I wore make-up more often I never had more than two or three. I can't imagine having so many I had 'declutter' them.

I love that you filmed try ons! Your lip collection is so beautifully edited and “you”. I could be wrong - but I feel like warmer red lipsticks don’t turn your teeth yellow because you have such warm features (like your hair color) and so it’s the tone of red better suited to you.

I love liquid lipstick, but I exclusively use the CoverGirl Outlast version that comes with the gloss balm topper. That balm solves my dry lip issue with liquid lipstick.

I love seeing the lip swatches! I think it's smart to get rid of your remaining traditional liquid lipsticks. There are newer long-lasting formulas out there that aren't as drying and flaky.

Love the eye liner! I also confess I really like that pink estate lipstick on you - partway through the video, but I think you should keep it! It’s gorgeous for spring.

Lip swatches are so helpful to me as its hard to tell on your hand colour pigment tone etc. I think you did a great job! And I actually agree on your point about warm reds. Those I find super flattering on me and make my teeth look white but finding blue toned ones was so hard so once I flipped the switch in my mind it was a game changer. Once you find a good red tone you know what to look for. And I think this means you have your favourites now :)

This was so fun and interesting! I love this declutter and you did a good job. I have some lip products in purples, red or browns that are vampy on me and I don't normally wear them. I use them as lip stains sometimes. I'll put them on right after I wash my face. Next, I do skin care, sunscreen, makeup and finally wipe off the vampy color. Then I put on one of my every day lipsticks over it. It's a nice way to change up a look and get more use out of a special-occasion shade.

Great job on decluttering. I tend to use the same lip products over and over. The peachy corals look great on you.

I do think that last UD lip was GORGEOUS on you, in sort of a brown/wine color-especially w/your hair color, WOW 🤩 But I completely understand if it wasn’t so much the color but the feel/consistency/wear-down that made your final decision to cut it from your collection. As u said, you could get something very similar in a W&W megaslick traditional bullet lipstick. Personally I think the shade was so flattering on you, I wouldn’t waste any time purchasing one, lol!! Cool lip collection! Btw. I think the best red lipstick of all times is Lisa Eldridge Velvet Ribbon. Such great formula and true, classic blue toned red. That is the only red I kept after years of searching for my perfect shade.

I've been saying for at least two years that I need to do this! I still haven't. It's been a while since I've gone through and sniffed and swatched things. Maybe I can start with that. I'm glad the e.l.f. one that's a coral-orange made the cut! I was thinking that you should at least keep it through the summer. The Estate Pink Pony looked nice the first time you applied it, but at the end I could see why you might not like it.

I'm glad you kept Persimmon for the summer time, I think it looked great! I always get so much use out of my brights in the summer because my sunglasses are always on, so they get the spotlight LOL

I liked the Pink Pony shade on you, but I understand you weren't in love with it. I also liked the UD lip bond color on you, but understood that the formula wasn't something that works for you. I still really enjoy liquid lipsticks, but I think it's because I have an oily skin type rather than dry. This was a really fun video to watch. ❤💄

Agreed! When she said the first shade was Nectar I was thinking that couldn’t be right because it looked more like Persimmon on the lips.

The only Elf Stain I’ve seen actually work ( at least on my lips) is the red one

Have long do you need to finish a lip gloss? How often do you refresh it at a day? I usually just use it once (in the morning) and I therefor I can't finish my once 😢.

It really depends on the gloss and how much product it comes with, but I usually try to wear it most days and reapply a couple times a day and I can usually finish about 3 glosses in a year!

There’s a trick for choose the lipstick 💄, your middle finger hold onto , your blood color shows , that’s your most suitable colour for you as a most perfect one !

When the smell changes from what it initially smelled like that's when I know it's expired! These lipsticks used to have a vanilla scent and now they smell like old crayons mixed with rancid oil 😂

I second the rancid spoilt oil/old crayons smell. Smelt that in one of my lipsticks that I wasn't wearing for years. I just knew there was no way I'd be using that lipstick years ago if it smelled like that.

I think orange reds suits you better and even makes your teeth look whiter because of your personal coloring under the theory of the stations. My personal guess for you is spring. Springs look better with warm colors. 👌🏼

I really don't know why liquid lipsticks became so popular, they've never been comfortable to wear and they look terrible after a few hours

I bought one once when it was trending and nearly clawed my lips off wanting to get it off after a 3 hour event, but it didn't budge, so I had this strong feeling similar to an itch that can't be scratched, I could feel the moisture sucking grip it had on my lips until I finally got home😐. The velvet liquid lipsticks nowadays are just like bullet lipsticks so I like those.
