She forgot something- table $100, wheels were $25, dowels, stain, sandpaper, etc. brought the grand total cost to maybe $200-$250. This versus $2600 (sale price!) for the Arhaus store-bought table.
OMGoodness! I can't believe that you guys made something so beautiful, more beautiful. I totally agree, your table looks so much better than the one you had on your vision board. The vintage and timeless design of your table has out matched the other one 100%. Great work guys! Can't wait to see you style it.

Thank you!!!! I’m so happy with how it turned out and glad we made that extremely last minute change. I think we made the right decision - it feels good! Never in a million years would I have thought that I would like the one we made better than the Arhaus one. But here we are! 💁🏽♀️😆
Girl, the patience that you have for a diy is so amazing!! I wish I had the vision and the patience for it, but the table looks great!!

Yay!!!! I love that like it better than the original! 🥰 I surely wasn’t going to add the dowels - but once I did - I’m so glad that we made that last minute decision. And yes - Mark is the greatest teammate. Always so patient with my constant changes and always willing to help no matter what!
Oh Jessica!!! 😍 You hit that one out of the park. It is fabulous!!! 🤩 I am in love.!!! Your table is better than the expensive one. WOW!!! 😲 Every week you surprise me. Oh by the way that pitcher is off the carts. $20 was a steal. Seriously, Mark is a great wingman. 😆 Thank you for another great project. My creative juices are definitely flowing. 💜

Awwww yay!!!!!! That is the best compliment and I was hoping to hear that because I agree - I feel like I love it even more than the Arhaus table. I love that it’s in the spirit of - but has its own personality! I can’t wait to see it in the dining room - I’m so excited for that reveal. 😆

@@jessicapayne I know that reveal is going to be the cat's meow! I can't wait. It's funny. I hope you put that table on your Pinterest page . Don't be surprised if someone tries to buy it from you. You definitely just have the touch that turns mediocre into fabulous 😍. I am a devoted fan. I still haven't gotten over the beast mantle that turned into the handsome prince. Keep it coming. I'm loving it 🙂
Jessica 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮when I say my mouth is still open…I mean it literally! 😂 absolutely a stunning piece! As a youngster I always “vintage” shopped! I rented from a woman who owned several houses and a four plex…she kept extra furniture in a couple of them…and she would refurbish pieces and place them in her rentals. The piece she allowed me to use was crystal claw foot entry table for a foyer, could be used as a side table but a really beautiful rich dark wood she had stained and then shellacked…it was no larger than a 4 x 5 foot table but it was gorgeous…there was a small space at the bottom for knick knacks or books but it was a striking piece no the less…I see this table as that…strikingly beautiful…job well done baby girl!

Awwwww Jen - thank you!!!! I was sweating for sure and just didn’t want to mess up the table. I do feel like we modernized it a bit but still very much kept the vintage vibes. I’m just so happy everyone is loving it! 🥰🥰🥰
Job well done! So proud of you! Thank you for sharing your vision and journey! 🙏🏽❤️
Beautiful. You've created a special piece for your home.

Thank you!!! We’re pretty proud of it. It feels good to check that off the list - now it’s time to figure out to reupholster a couch. Once I do that - my head may swell a weeee bit. 😂😂

Let us know if you're in a JaM.
You didn't need any input from us! You've created a gorgeous table! In the beginning I was wondering if it would be possible to add height at the top of the column...I wasn't sure how it works with adding the leaves. You made it work. The dowels look wonderful...very mission style, especially since the table is oak. Wonderful job! Can't wait to see the whole dining room! You two are amazing. Thank you for sharing, as always.

Man standing there in the garage on Friday night, I sure felt the pressure and would have loved to poll the group - but once we sat back and talked things through, the decision we made really did end up making the most sense. I love it so and can’t wait to get everything installed in the dining room! 😆
I went to watch this weeks on the couch and realized I didn’t finish this one on the table (ugh, life)! LOVE the final table! You are amazing.

You are so right! She used to include a few humorous moments at the end, either outtakes or embellishments (like, falling out of a hammock, or getting chased by a scary clown). Good reminder!
