I missed doing it. Lots of life happened to me at once.

Welcome back Curtis. Love me some pancakes. If you're cooking for kids put some rainbow sprinkles on top before you flip them. Kids love sprinkles. Also, don't waste the good maple syrup on the kids. They like Mrs. Butterworth's just fine.

Am I correct to assume the a "big" spoon is 1 Tablespoon and a "little" spoon is 1 Teaspoon?

That's correct. It's something I've been doing for a while because I frequently mix up the two very similar things that begin with "T" and end with "spoon"

Might I make a suggestion of how to divide your recipes down to 1/2 egg? Buy Bantam eggs they are about 1/2 the size of a whole large egg. :) Been with you a long time and appreciate this recipe.

I agree. I did, however, use fake maple syrup for the thumbnail. It lays on the cakes a little better for the picture.

Would love to see a recipe below??!
