This is a tutorial showing you how to make Deadpools Dual wielding Katanas and the harness to hold them on your back. Easy project and you just need some cardboard or three sheets of foam board.

    I believe the Hamon is the temper line on the blade. I watch a lot of Man at Arms so I've picked up a few terms along the way lol

    I love this guy. A long time ago when I was a beginner making my own props I discovered his channel. I used his videos and free templates to make my own Gauntlets.     This is so great. Thank you! I've been stuck in bed really sick for 3 weeks now with Pneumonia and going stir crazy. I'm thankful to have found this project that I can do with my boys that will keep us all sane for a few hours and saves me a crap ton of money trying to find something for their Halloween Ninja costumes! 3 boys in the house, maybe we'll try 3 different weapons! :)

    Too cool! I definitely going to make this, my 5 year old son constantly sticks his cardboard swords down the back of his shirt, since he doesn't have a scabbard. Now he can have two swords on his back. Thanks for this video!

    A hamon is the line created by differential tempering. The spine of traditional Japanese katanas is covered in a kind of clay to keep that part soft and flexible while the edge is exposed so it is hard and sharp.

    This is so easy to make and so good! I am definitely using this for Halloween! Just use a CineFix Deadpool costume, then get the sword and harness!

    Good question. You might have to custom fit it. Depends on how thick the cardboard is. The foam board I use is 5mm thick.

    this is amazing! you should make the hunters axe from bloodborne. i saw your other bloodborne projects and they were beautiful! it would be a realy fun chalange since i think it can be a tricky one. im trying to make one myself aswell :D.

    I did this for a Red hood thing. I personally changes the shape of the edge. Ive got a load of books on Japanse swords so I just used pics from those to modify them

    +Akamaholic Sure, Not sure what grade you are doing it for but... a cardboard box can be easily cut into a castle, and buy some inexpensive plastic miniature knights . You have an inexpensive battle for a castle.
