    I have been a fan of yours since I was 12. I am 22 now and have not forgot all the amazing things you’ve done. I still have a few of my foam board projects that you taught way back when. I appreciate all the work you’ve done. You truly inspired my creative side when I was young. Even made a non alcoholic mead with my mom, following along to one of your videos. Thank you for inspiring some of my favorite childhood memories.

    I see no advantage to using hand tools but as long as it looks good. I tempered wire at a wire mill for 5 years, 1800 degrees is too hot. A metallurgist is the only one who knows how hot to get it.

    I hate when they say 1 cup Like, how's the size of THIS CUP

  • @epicfantasy
    @epicfantasy13 күн бұрын

    It doesnt really matter. As long as you use the same cup for the flour and the water. It's about the ratio between the two. But.... a cup is a measure of 8 ounces if you want to measure things out.

    Thanks for the video. I like to make parangs and other southeast asian machetes, but I redesigned my forge and now have a difficult time heating the length of the blade for the trench. This is similar to something I had before, just scaled up. I hope I get the chance to build it soon!

    I tried this and it didn’t work. I had trouble trying to figure out the correct measurements based on the exact focal lenghth. I think if you were more descriptive on every step it would be a lot easier to follow. I went to your website in hopes you actually had directions but it just the same on the KZread channel. Be nice to know exactly where should the mirror be placed on a 45 degree angle and other stuff.

  • @Shorkiedokey
    @Shorkiedokey24 күн бұрын

    I believe the mirror has to be aligned with the center of the lens, you can move back and forth the lens wall to see when the image looks correct on the 45 degree ramp, if it looks sharp then just glue the mirror there and that would be it.
