Gavin Finn the sheaths that the swords actually slide in to, not the geometric shaped scabbard piece on top

I got them from B&Q (UK based DIY store similar to Home Depot in the US), they are cut down lengths of Cable Trunking. Do a quick google search for "cable trunking" and you will see what I mean.

How long are the handles themselves?

I use 10mm thick EVA foam floor mats. I get mine in packs of 6 from my local Halfords store for £10. These mats can also be found on Ebay, Amazon etc

It is 50mm wide electrical insulation tape

Think my favourite part is that your response to everything is tape xD

All parts found at local hardware store - cable trunking for sheaths - 1 inch wooden strip for blades - pvc pipe for handles - eva foam mats for part that joins both sheaths - aluminium foil tape for blades - nylon webbing/strapping

They are plastic conduit thats meant to be screwed to walls to hide cables.
