You should try making a dutch door
Rather than putting two screws in both ends of the door for painting, put two in one end and one screw in the center of the other end. When it's time to flip, lift the end with two screws and rotate the door using the single screw as the pivot axis.

Hi Jason. LIked your method of suspending the door on screws from the sawhorses in order to flip and paint the other side right away. I have taken that one step further and created a bracket that I screw in (two screw in the top and two in the bottom) which allows me to rotate it. When finishing doors I usually use an HVLP gun and I find this to be really quick and easy. I can send pics if you like. Keep up the good work!!

It works well for hanging things that need to be painted. You can spray both sides without waiting for the other side to dry. Just be aware that the sprayer will move the object you are spraying so you to get a perfect finish you may need to hold it steady.
