You can edit the design to move with your arms not moving at the same time, just a string to the top peach that your arm would commonly be attached to.

I would reccomend hot gluing them on. Just dont put any near the hand straps.

Can I do the wings with paper?

Uhh Not really because they will hang down and be instable but it could Work If you glue 50 Sheets of paper maybe but i dont think its Worth 50 Sheets of paper

Maybe with actual nuts and bolts? The joints need to be pin joints to allow for rotation.
