Intresting. I have been doing Steve Jobs's kind of presentation for the past 3 years and I can say that are amazing. Yes, few words, good image and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE is the key for succes.

Steve Jobs was a rarity in the corporate world (for many reasons). He understood the value of each presentation and took the time to craft his message and the delivery of it. Sadly today too many presenters believe they can just "wing it" and deliver a "Steve Jobs like" presentation.

I think a big lesson here is the sheer amount of time he practices. I think too many presenters these days try to wing presentations (or spend way too little time practicing) because they think they know the subject well enough to do so. They then end up adding to the flood of boring, ineffective presentations out in the world today. Thanks for sharing!

The reality is that Jobs's spirit and belief in his products came through in his presentations. Jobs took art and made it practical and functional for an audience who could appreciate it. And at the end of the day his products stood the test of time and they worked. Today Apple already seems to have lost it's way. It's will take a new CEO who understands and appreciates Jobs's legacy to turn things around.
