Steve Jobs’s Best Interviews

Ғылым және технология

Steve Jobs didn’t do many onstage interviews while he was leading Apple’s comeback.
An exception was his regular presence at the D: All Things Digital conference, created and produced by Recode co-founders Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg.
That’s where Jobs made many of his most memorable public appearances, starting with the first D Conference in 2003 - where he predicted the coming dominance of the smartphone - through his last D interview in 2010. It was also the stage where Jobs and his longtime rival Bill Gates spent an hour in 2007 reminiscing about the early days of computer history.
On the fifth anniversary of Jobs’s death, we’ve compiled some of his D Conference highlights.
You can watch the full Steve Jobs D Conference sessions as free video podcast downloads from Apple’s iTunes Store: itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/s...

I agree that Steve made mistakes like any of us. Just because Steve Jobs did not credit their show with full product disclosure it does not mean he lied and its disgraceful to say that post mortem. Executives are allowed to “lie” about their R&D and product launches if this does not violate their Board and Market rules and regulations. Grow a backbone. If Steve disclosed a year earlier that Apple was launching a phone then you could possibly risk the success of the phone as per todays index. Nevertheless the fact that Steve shared with them later on the story about how iPad was developed is completely omitted from their statements.

Steve Jobs was in India when he was clueless about his life,he was a hippie and was trying to figure out life.He went to few places and found that most of the things in India had a very precise symmetry in design, the temples the architecture,it's the nature which influenced Indian designs and it made him to do everything in a very asthetic point of view.Apple products are high in quality and also the best in design asthetics.People like it because it is mix of both worlds.

Great video except for one thing: stereo sound is mixed up. I see Kara on my left, but hear her on my right. Viceversa with Walt. Yes, I checked my headphones several times before writing this comment.

It's kind of weird they mixed it in stereo(especially hard-panned one such as in this video). It should be in mono. A person only has one mouth.
