what equipment do u use for hot vulcanization? is it monaflex?

I use both and a huge chamber

Yes, it is indeed Monaflex, we use a bag and strap system to apply the heat and pressure.
but you did not replace any of the steel cords you removed so how is this as strong as the tyre before the damage?

The patch provide the support.
Why use a grinder to cut the metal....use a cut off tool.

We use a carbide bit for the cutting of the steel cords, a grinder is used to smooth the ends to make them safe. These tools have proven to be most effective.
The process is too long and complicated, it should be simple but the quality is still good
