just asking Is washing the O.T.R with running water recommended especially if it is a bias ply tyre

I just wonder that the wires inside the rubber is cut open a bit. Doesn't the tyre become instable when the bearing net of wires gets a defect?

The wires are not cut. The area around the wires is cut and trimmed
