Seriously, if people would spend the money they spent to adopt a child that already has a family, why don’t they donate that money to the family? Imagine how far that $20k would go for a family in Haiti

Sure, but at the moment, the gangs would kidnap the whole family to put a hand on the money. Haiti’s situation is so bad, I’m not sure how anything could be done. A lot of money was sent there but it didn’t go where it was supposed to go. I’m French, and I know people from French Guyana. They all complain about the Haitian people fleeing their country to go there. Haitian only know war and destruction, they have no money and don’t respect laws (they had no laws). They just try to survive but it’s annoying for the people in French Guyana. Gangs are certainly passing through the frontier too. Anyway, don’t steal babies. A solution would be to accept families to migrate somewhere but unfortunately nobody want them, except for the babies 😢

Hi Carah, just a friendly FYI that law enforcement etc don’t use the term “CP” anymore, as the “corn” aspect can imply consent, enjoyment or participation of the child, which is obviously not true. The correct term is now “child sexual abuse material” (pronounced C-SAM or “sea-Sam”), which emphasises and centers its abusive nature. Hope this is helpful and thank you for your detailed reporting and advocacy! 😊

This isn’t accurate. The term CASM is used now by like advocacy groups and social services etc but the law still uses the term CP in a lot of areas. Emily D. Baker has talked about it on some of her streams that have touched on this topic.

TB came on my radar several years ago, my sixth sense was triggered ( I’m a trained retired CPS ) . I am not Mormon, but have been intrigued by JS and other cult leaders since childhood . I began following the investigative reporter , Ballard (no relation ) as he was the first to publicly take deep dives uncovering OUR . I knew more would be revealed in this story and I felt it would be centered on mismanagement of funds (which , unfortunately appears rampant in LDS/FLDS communities) Even though I had been waiting for the show to drop ..I must say this story and these crimes are shocking beyond belief. The movie Sound of Freedom, the millions made and the efforts to intimidate ppl from telling what they know about Ballard’s salacious behavior and mental delusions is remarkable. Thanks for all you do Kara..keep safe out there!

Can you please have a look into the troubled teen industry, there were so many in utah, there was also one in samoa and the land that was used wasneither mormon land or was morman land when they first went there late 1800s early 1900s. Have a look at Paris Hilton and her story about that industry. Im not from America so figuring out where to look for is a nightmare for me anyway. When spidy senses start going off, it gets to the point where you dont care of you look crazy. The thing that made me write this is Lyn Packer podcast on tim and russel number 33 I think & the companys of russel linked with penny shares...the name of those company's is ironic when you look at names of those torture centres. And the amount of money that those centres charged is in the tens of thousands, it was huge money. This whole tim ballard thing is probably the tip of the iceberg for their wickedness. It would be awesome if Im wrong

@hhwiseman love & light to you and your cousin. When I saw some vids on the one in Samoa, my heart went out to anyone who had been to that Island, because I know and understand certain aspects of the culture. There was like 3 or 4 that were for american kids but not premises were outside of U.S. It was a shock to see on in provo utah, and then watching another one in utah, and many after that. Being raised in the church outside of america, utah in the mind of kiwis is like a mormon Pleasantville🤣 Theres this one particular youtube vid ill find it. It was about samoa, and harsh treatment but it covered one particular kid and his family that it "worked for" anyways the last shot was of family at dinner table head bowed to say grace, then I heard...Our Father in Heaven then it zoomed out. And I was like mutha f**kers. In lyn packers pocast I mentioned...russel was going to sell "family happiness" Whoever and whatever profited off human torture shouldnt get away with it.

@@hhwiseman10 years ago, I watched a documentary from Arte (a German-French TV channel) about teen camps in the US. It was horrific. But really. The teens were secretly filmed walking for hours under the desert sun. The documentary team interviewed 2 teenagers (maybe more but I don’t remember them). They were both traumatized but one was much worse, he had nearly completely lost his mind (he was overweight and of course became the target of the employees there). At the time, I thought it would be a big deal even the film was from Europe. But nothing/nada. It came to light years afterwards thanks to Paris Hilton. I didn’t know about Samoa though. Sad.

Thank you for your time and dedication on this subject. I was one of those who despises human and child trafficking and have no patience (staying soft on my terms) for those who commit these crimes on the innocent. I went full-on when the movie came out and was posting and promoting everyone needed to be aware of this and educated that this is happening. Thinking I was helping, purchased a shirt and some other OUR gear, and went to see the movie as well. Watching this information that you are now sharing, and realizing that I was just helping a parasite even more as he is the very person I despise, and I feel is enemy number one. Have also been watching you and others talk about the Mormon cult, the facts and information that you and others have collected, and how much of that is actually contained within the Mormon library. And to know that Tim Ballard and many others who have used the church and or the religion to promote their force over women, and girls as the Mormon church has shown to have done since its conception by John Smith. I can say after watching the information you have provided, the OUR stuff I bought is now in the trash can. The last thing I need to have on me is anything that shows that I supported this person's sickness, but unfortunately, he and his team have already gotten those funds a while back. Keep doing what you are doing, and so thankful that I was never in the Mormon church. Have some great friends and family who are, and I pray that they find the escape you and others have found and bring their goodness out and keep their faith, but in our actual God, not man-made ones. Again, thank you for what you are doing, and love the support and power that you have as you push the truth and facts, but also the love for others as you help so many. Keep being a rock star, and you are surrounded with love and prayers as you continue being a warrior for right. Thanks again.

We've seen what caffeine can do. Now we need a video where you imbibe your favorite alcoholic beverages and see where that goes. I am imagining a small stage will be necessary where you can do songs, and perhaps a rack of different outfits to fit the purpose. You will need an accordian player for sure, or at least a great pianist to accompany you.

I had friends who went to see this movie and completely cut off any of my critical remarks about Ballard . I have been monitoring him for several years since a former Mormon investigative reporter , Louie Packard began revealing the questionable financial practices of OUR.. At that time I thought it was all about bilking gullible Mormon donors I had no idea how absolutely no idea the extent of Ballard’s crimes his sexual assaults and abuse .

Fantastic job, Cara!! Watching the whole thing in segments but you’re hilarious throughout (if a little delirious)😂😂 Tim Ballard is scum and was propped up by the MFMC. Anyone who truly wants to combat human trafficking needs to stop enabling and turn in the abusers within their families, their religious leaders, local leaders, and donate time or money to DV shelters/community outreach programs.

I remember when sound of freedom came out.. it was maybe a week later; my wife, daughter and I were at Lake Michigan… Indiana side. This young boy.. maybe 4, was like no more than four yards from him… and the dad said “remember sound of freedom.”.. I laughed out of pitty. But it was sad that he felt he needed to use that to get son to listen… and that he let him… my wife was even like “whaaatt??” And she doesn’t really pay attention to stuff like that.

He memorialized his narcissistic grandiosity into a work of art, never mind the implications of the fictionalized film... because portraying what he and OUR *really* did would have probably gotten an NC-17 rating.

I havent been following the Daybell or Vallow cases. Except to say if he is found guilty of killing his wife and those kids he should get the death penalty. I believe his lawyers at this point are just trying to save his life. In fact the death prnalty may save or at least add a few years to his life. Child killers dont do well in prison. As for my comments about grammer and poorly written witness or victim statements, i blame the lawyers for letting such mistakes slip through the cracks. The last thing a victim wants is for his or her words picked apart by Tim Ballard's legal eagles. The Ballards will be painting a picture of themselves as victims. MRS. B toiling away at home with 8 kids while her hubby risks his life staying in 5 star hotels located in 3rd world countries rescuing trafficked children. I hope justice is done in all cases.

Some of the victims statements were so badly written, bad grammer, etc that it will be easy for defence attorneys to poke holes in their stories. Russell Ballard was 90 something. If T. Ballard had been friends with younger apostles i doubt they would have endorsed something as foolish as the couples rouse. Bllard took his return missionary son to a strip club. It would be interesting to hear what these employees have to say. Between high dollar penthouse parties and Caribbean , Ballard's talents would be better used as a party planner

takes more than grammar (not grammer as in your post *)and spelling to find holes in a story. I do get that court is about specifics and clarification of what is meant by looser language or slang is needed. But that doesn't mean a story is not defendable. And you did say 'some', not all or most - so even by your standards other statements are grammatically sound and fine at court ? * I don't generally highlight mis spells; mis types etc but since you are using their grammar against them, I feel a 'Hi kettle meet pot' moment is valid.

Okay but if someone you really liked and admired was accused of the things Tim Ballard has been accused of, wouldn’t you disbelieve at first? You wouldn’t instantly jump on the bandwagon. If it was say, John Dehlin, you’d probably say “there’s no way! I have talked to people around him that also say no way.” All of these people have since withdrawn support and defensive of Tim once the avidavits started coming out, as any normal, moral person should do. Innocent until proven guilty. He looks really guilty. So people have adjusted their view of him based on the evidence coming out. That’s what decent people do and that’s what you would’ve done had it been someone you respect.

The video is recounting what's in the lawsuit against Tim Ballard. Thus, you're saying the lawsuit is BS. The plaintiffs and their counsel compiled the evidence compiled in the lawsuit, and let's not forget that there were substantiated allegations against Tim Ballard such that he is now no longer the head of OUR. Those are some of the allegations in the lawsuit. So now you're saying that the allegations that OUR found to be credible enough to take action are somehow not credible enough for you. That would be because you do not want to believe the allegations or you are so intimately involved in Tim's daily life that you know more than what's here. So which is it?
